Pontalon Tablets (Top voted first)

My doctor prescribed me pontalon 500mg, 1 tablet 3 times a day for my migraine for 4 days. Is it to stop the pain or to cure?

Two days after taking Pontalon, I took a blood test. My creatinine was high compared to my previous test in March this year; is this due to Pontalon? Will Pontalon affect my kidneys or cause any renal problem?

I was prescribed a ponstan by my OB–GYNE, to treat my prolonged menstrual period. The pharmacist gave me pontalon saying that it's the same as ponstan. Are they the same?

Pontalon contains the active ingredient Mefenamic Acid, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so it is given to help treat and prevent the pain.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness and stomach irritation.
