No, it means that it contains 8mgs of Buprenorphine and 2mgs of Naloxone, the latter is added to help prevent the abuse of other opiates, while someone is being treated with it.
The FDA classifies this as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

That does it I just didnt know what the 8-2 ment I knew it was either it could be split or that it was different ingredients thanks I do know its a wonder drug it give me my life back im in phase two of the program and just have one phase left the weining down which im nervous of but I put trust in my dr and counselors thanks
