Playing With Fire

Why oh why are you people taking stuff just to feel high? I have lung cancer, broken back twice, rheumatoid arthritis, and live on 700 a month. I sometimes go 4 days with no food. I have to have my meds to stay alive. You never know how much you want to live until you are getting ready to die. Why would you risk your job just for a one night high? I can't get good medical care because I am degenerate. Was misdiagnosed by my doctor which caused me to lose my left lung and I can't sue because I can not afford an attorney. I have a 94 Honda with 300,000 miles on it.

Hello, Dee! I am so very sorry!

Some people have addictive tendencies that are genetic and can't be helped, but not all, some do it just for the thrill, which creates a very sad state of affairs. Even with recent DEA crack downs, many still find ways to find their drug of choice and continue to abuse it.

As to the food, that is not a good thing, especially being that you are on medications. Have you tried any local churches, or charities that have food banks? I know sometimes we all hate to have to rely on such things, but there are times we need to swallow our pride and do so, anyway. I have been there and I hated it, but to feed my son, I did what I needed to do.

Regarding the attorney, there are many that will take such a case for free, and you only pay a percentage of your award, if you win. You may want to look and see if there is one your area that can help you.

What medications do you take?
