Plavix Blurred Vision

Has anyone had blurred vision while on Plavix? I've been on it for three months and it gets worse every day.

The FDA does warn that this medication has been known to cause ocular bleeding, so it would be best to consult your doctor to have the blurry vision checked out, to be sure. Other side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and easy bruising.

Are you on any other medications?

I have been on Plavix for 9 months, after having a stroke and then a heart attack... In and around the middle of the 9 months, I started having stomach pain, nausea and flu-like symptoms...I mentioned this to my Doctor and he said if this continued we would look into it....1 day ago I stopped taking the 75mg Plavix and woke up this morning with little to no pain in my Stomach area, able to eat breakfast and drink coffee and just feel somewhat different just after not taking one Plavix pill...I know I will have to do something in exchange for not taking the Plavix and will hopefully be able to come up with an idea with my Doctor...

I have been on Plavix 75mg since june of 2017 and have suferred with flulike symptoms, nasea, headache with stomach pain...I have discussed my sysmptoms over and over again to at lease 3 of my doctors, at no time was there any thing said about the side affects of Plavix...my life was going down each day getting sicker and sicker... after 8 months on Plavix 75mg I woke up one morning after taking myself off of the Plavix for 2 days feeling much different, with no flulike symptoms or nasea....I went to my Doctor and explain what I have done and that I have reserched the side affects of Plavix and that as you know I have been having just about all of the side affects and have stop taking the Plavix....My Doctor said he was sorry that he didnot see the problem with the Plavix but was happy that I did my research and homework on the drug Plavix...
