Is the marking possibly a stylized E with the 448?
If so, it is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 800mgs of Metaxalone, which is a muscle relaxant.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, and dry mouth.
