Hi, I have one week pregnancy I use medicine to abort it those medicine there available in our country so I use them,but after that nothing has come out till today it has passed 2day now but nothing and I have severe pain n my body is getting weak n tiredness is too much please help me as soon as possible

I'm 19. I took pills today orally and genitally but still the pills I took hasnt give me any response or any side effects. I took it 2PM and its now 9PM here still no effect. How is that? I've read some articles why some were aborted for just 2-3hrs?
