my period is supposed to come on the 12 of this month but did not come and today is 15, so i did the test tube test and it was positive meaning am 3 days late,what type of pill or drugs do you thing i should use? I am from Ghana and i live in Ghana.

Are you certain you are pregnant? Have you actually had a test?

I am not sure what country you are in, so I don't know what all is available to you, however, the most commonly used medication is Misoprostol:

It can cause some side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, abdominal pain and bleeding.

It is also only effective and safe to use up to the first 3 months of pregnancy.
