what long term damage can glyburide 10 mg daily drug do to the body organs after using it 3-4 years, what are the signs and symptoms. Metformin, same as above what damage can be done to the body organs, what are the signs and symptoms 1,000 mg daily

Well, since most medications are processed through the liver, there is some risk of suffering damage from taking them, but that applies to about 98% of the drugs on the market, not just these ones.

And, in reality, the risks of organ damage to you would be far, far greater if you didn't take them and let your diabetes continue out of control, because the high blood sugar levels can burn out your organs, the liver, heart and kidneys.

There aren't even really any specific symptoms that anyone can give you, sometimes someone experiencing failure of one or more organs doesn't show any symptoms, at all.

Does your doctor do regular blood tests? If so, then they are likely watching your liver and kidney function to keep an eye out for any problems, so they can catch them and minimize any issues.
