Pill Stamped 703

What are white oblong pills stamped 703? Are they indeed Tylenol w/ 8mg codeine? Please help me to identify these pills. Thanks.

Hello, Scotty! How are you?

Several people have asked about this tablet recently, but so far, I've been unable to find an identification in the FDA or NIH databases.

I have looked through pages of identifying marks and images of Tylenol with Codeine and nothing matches.

The FDA warns that Codeine carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

Does anyone else have any idea what this tablet might contain?
