Pill Apo 018 White Round

Pill in blister pak showing imprint of apo 018) pill is white and round. One side has no markings at all. Blister pak states manufactured for Apotex in Canada, but Apotex per phone conversation has no such pill in white and round. Please advise

I found your pill, the only difference is that it's green not white. It has APO 018 on it, it's round, and it was also manufactured by Apotex Corp. This pill is Cimetidine 200 mg, Cimetidine is largely used in the treatment of heartburn and peptic ulcers. Are there any ingredients listed on the blister pack?

Canada may have this pill, and it might be a prescription or an over the counter drug. In the US the FDA maintains its own set of markings for pill imprints.

I have some of these white ones. These are sold as Rite-Aid store brand Cimetidine Tablets, 200mg. Probably other in-store brands as well. The blister pack says it's made by TorPharm of Ontario Canada for Apotex Corp.
