I found a small round pale yellow pill with an L on one side and would like to identify it

I can't be completely certain, since the imprint is so vague, but there is a company that uses an L logo on their over the counter Aspirin products.

It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever and swelling, which may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, dizziness and stomach irritation.
