i was told this was a muscle relaxer its white pill with gp 400

I located the white pill in description to be Magnesium oxide (400 mg).

Suspensions of magnesium hydroxide in water (milk of magnesia) are used as an antacid to neutralize stomach acid, and as a laxative. Also being that it is classified under minerals and electrolytes, it may help aid in muscle relaxation; but I cannot personally confirm that.
