Pill Imprint T192 - Oxycodone?
UpdatedI have alleged Oxycodone pills that I'd like to verify. When broken in half and wet, they turn blue, with darker blue spots. They have T192 on one side and a line in the center.
The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.
Inactive Ingredients:

What are the blue spots on the pill?
T192 pill white with blue specks. Supposed to be 5mg oxycodone, but my usual dose is (2) 5mg. Can I take 2 of these? Are they immediate release? My pill has a line on the back but pill identification websites only show T192 and a blank back without a line. Also this pill turns blue when I take it. What's going on?
Re: Shan (# 3)
Mine r the same never seen them before but looked up and seem ok
Re: Serena (# 4)
Thank you Serena. I've never seen a pill turn blue when I take it or if it gets wet? Does that mean it's regular release?
I was prescribed oxycodone 5mg with the stamping of T192 on the drug. I've noticed that this particular brand of Oxycodone does not kill the pain and it's almost like taking a placebo. What can you tell me about this brand of supposedly oxycodone?
Re: Shan (# 3)
I have an oxycodone t192 5mg pill with a line on the back. Is this a real Percocet 5mg pill?
Re: Shan (# 3)
The one's I've been seeing don't have a line on the back and they don't work that good either.
Re: Verwon (# 1)
Yes. Can you please tell me why the T192 pill turns blue and pasty like when wet or moist? I'm weary of the blue as I have never seen this. Thank you.
Yes I notice that this pill turns blue with spot!! Its not what I normally see far as the # t192, and a line on the back plus it's larger, am not sure about this, it doesn't take me out if pain, am still up back brother me, can I take this back to request the same pills I normally take? It's not working.
Re: Lorie (# 10)
I called the pharmacy and was told they are the new or one of the new ones. I just don't know how I feel about them. I was worried about it turning blue when I took it so I put a couple drops of water on one pill and it ran blue and turned into a toothpaste like substance? (That one of course I had to toss but I am curious about meds these days).
I just got these T192 Oxycodone pills. They’re from Camber Pharmaceuticals. I think they are new to the market. Upon research of this new generic Percocet, I’ve heard more negative than positive reviews. The main complaints being they’re not really effective in relieving pain compared to other generics. Another main complaint is it causes discomfort in the stomach and nausea. I just took one 10 mins ago, so I’ll be able to see how they really work. My previous brand of the 5/325 generic Percocet was made by Actavis and it worked decently. I was on those for 19 months until Walgreens just switched to the Camber brand a few weeks ago, probably to save money so they can profit more money, with no concern of the patient in mind. Only money matters when it comes to pharmacies and Big Pharma.
Re: ThatGuyFromThatOnePlace (# 12)
I guess they were no better or worse for my pain in comparison to other brands. I did learn however, that drinking water only works best when taking these. They dissolve almost immediately and I drank a soda big mistake it was almost foamy.yuk....best wishes
Re: Comments Submitted (# 7)
I'm confused, is the round white pill T192 with a line on the back a real percocet?
Re: Shan (# 11)
If everyone has not already figured it out these are perfectly good meds once again reconfigured to combat the abuse and overdosing epidemic. They are a very good quality of oxycodone. If they are taken correctly they will take the pain away.
I've also been prescribed the generic Percocets manufactured by, Camber Pharmacy. On December 29th. I've had major side effects too! I've been on and off pain meds since 1991. And, have never, never had any side effects! Especially, constipation. And, never, never experienced nausea! Currently, I've been on Percocets for the last 13 months. Around 9 pm on the 29th of December I felt really nauseous. Which led me to my toilet where I threw up for 2 minutes. I thought I caught a bug. By Wednesday, I went to an urgent care center and was treated for a stomach virus and prescribed Zafron for my nausea. The next day I realized I had t had a bowel movement in 5 DAYS! (I've taken Metamucil since my 20's and knew that it was out of the ordinary.) By Sunday I went back to the urgent care still nauseous and had not had a bowel movement in four days. This time I informed them that I noticed this script was weird. A bad taste in my mouth, like Predizone. And, the bill was blue with T 192 on one side. It took the nurse practitioner 5 minutes to find any information on the drug. And, she informed me about being new and manufactured by Camber Pharmacy. She recommended Mir-lax for the constipation. Or, Dulcalax. I took both. And, ended up taking 20 Dulalax over a 10 day period, which led me to the ER where I had a cat scan on my stomach. And, was diagnosed an infected stomach lining from so many Dulcalax. When I took this last script to Walgreens, I mentioned this to the technician and was told Walgreens prescribed that Percocet because of a NATIONWIDE shortage of the other generic Percocet. C'mon' MAN!!!!! When I went to my pain management doctor she had never heard of Camber. And, was also upset with, Walgreens. I have two questions and would love to bread some responses to my ORDEAL. I saw at Cambers website they listed ALCOHOL as an ingredient to this drug? Is that true? And, an antidepressant is also included in the ingredient. Is that true? Thanks.
Re: Henry (# 16)
The reason they have a blue die in them is so people that abuse them by insufflating them will dye their nose so basically everyone can tell they abuse them and I heard some people have had to go to ER to get it outta their noses.
Re: Verwon (# 1)
I have a t192 round white pill with blue specks and a score on the other side I was told camber Pharmaceuticals made it but they don't have a score on the other side is this true
T192 needs to be taken off the market!!! I have never had this pill before now from Walgreens. I have been deathly sick w nausea, dizziness, vomiting since last Saturday when I took the first pill. Camber Pharm says they come from India!!!! Never take these pills!!
I have been taking oxycodone/acetamenophen 10/325 mg for 10 years. have been getting Actavis ones at Walgreens for years. They just changed to one from Camber. Did you know their company is out of India? I looked it up and their own web sites states that. It does a terrible job in curbing my pain AND gives me a headache and nausea. I suppose Walgreens is getting a better deal. I feel I have no recourse. Frustrated and scared I will have to live like this.

It is 5mg oxycodone but you guys if your getting your scripts from a pharmacy and they are a brand you haven’t seen before just ask them to double check that you got the right meds. The pharmacy isn’t gonna give you counterfeit oxycodone. The blue specks are the reason the pills turn blue when wet and I think maybe it was done purposely because their 30mg oxycodone is yellow with orange specks and the pill turns orange when wet. I know of another manufacturer that the pills turn a fluorescent color when wet. If it’s not done purposely people should still be thankful because at least they have a way to know that those particular pills are legit as it would be difficult if possible at all to duplicate it.
Re: popcorn (# 20)
I know this is an old thread but I just wanted to point out that the majority of prescription medications we take are manufactured in another country. I have also had this brand and noticed nothing different between them and other manufacturers.
Re: Patricia (# 19)
Totally agree. I am in the same situation. Bad Drug!
Re: Comments Submitted (# 7)

Re: Patricia (# 19)
Good to know I am not alone. Bad Drug!!
Re: ThatGuyFromThatOnePlace (# 12)
My pharmacy snuck the t192 oxycodone without telling me. I took it and 20 mins later I had chest pain and dizziness. Ended up in hospital a day later. Bad Drug!!
Re: Mark (# 52)
I take them for over 10 years. I bought a 13 panel test and the 4th day it was clean.
Is it ok to take when split in half?
Re: Shan (# 13)
I know this post is old and the original people posting may not read this but it may help new readers. I for one like to take my pain meds with a little bit of soda. I find that it works way better when taken with the caffeine in the soda. Coke is the best soda to take with it for me anyway. I also like to take on an empty stomach and than eat some protein maybe 15-20 minutes after I take the med. I’ve got it down to a science since I’ve been on them for many many years. Although since the so called opioid crisis, I’ve noticed that the meds absolutely SUCK!! They don’t work as well at all and do feel like placebos on most days. And no I have not built up a tolerance cuz my dose was recently changed not long ago. I also work in a pharmacy and have heard this complaint quite a bit! They are doing something to the pain pills and making them way less effective!! We need a whistle blower to let people know just what exactly is going on!!
T-192 for years, 2 per day. Taking a urine lab test in 10 days. If I stop now will it come back negative?
