Hi Kim,
The closest match I can find is Verelan PM (200 mg); which belongs to the drug classes calcium channel blocking agents, group IV and antiarrhythmics. It has been used in the treatment of hypertension, angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmia, and most recently, cluster headaches.
This medication comes in the form of a pink capsule with white beads on the inside and the imprint Schwarz 4086. Maybe the imprints got rubbed off somehow?
