Looking for the name of a diet pill that is light blue w dark blue dots. You have to have a prescription for it. Please let me know if u know what it is. Thanks ## There are a couple that match this description that contain Phentermine, the active ingredient in Ionamin, it is a stimulant used for weight loss. You do have to have a prescription for it, but without knowing the markings on the tablet, I cannot say for certain that this is what you have. These pills are round,1/4-3/8, shiny coated, medium bright pink, on one side G-815 is printed in black, on the other side 815 is printed. I can't find any info on the many websites I've checked. They came from a diet pill doctor several years ago but it didn't give the name of the pill on the bottle. ## I live in Central Kansas, and the pills belong to a friend of mine who got them here in town over 12 years ago. Maybe could be phentermine or fen-phen? ## Over 12 years ago? This may make them hard to identify, they may no longer be manufactured. I cannot find a listing in the U.S. prescription databases. If it was something over the counter or a foreign medication, then it is even harder. Do you know how your friend obtained them?

It is a pretty powerful appetite suppressant without the outlandish side effects of Phentermine. Has anyone ever received Phentermine 37.5 made by Qualis Pharmaceutical light blue (fat) pills with specks all over, and in blister packs of 10? They look different than what CVS has for Phentermine 37.5, and they are bigger. Just wanted to see if anyone has used them before. I bought online from premium meds. white oblong tablet ## I can't find this listed in any of my identification resources, but I can tell you that it IS NOT Phentermine. These tablets marked with an L followed by the additional set of numbers are over the counter items. This company makes many different generic and store brands of pain relievers, allergy pills and etc. I will keep looking and post back if I find anything on it. What led you to believe it was Phentermine?
