There are a couple that match this description that contain Phentermine, the active ingredient in Ionamin, it is a stimulant used for weight loss.
You do have to have a prescription for it, but without knowing the markings on the tablet, I cannot say for certain that this is what you have.
It can cause side effects, such as: nausea, insomnia, headache and anorexia.
