Phentermine Success Stories?

I started taking Phentermine 37.5 last Friday. I weighed 187 at the doctors office. According to my scale I have lost 4 pounds since. I am drinking only water and the pill is suppressing my appetite. Eating total cereal from breakfast, a small lunch and small dinner before 6. At night, with dinner, I am taking Metformin to help with my blood sugars. I want to know some success stories with this medicine. How it works? Things I can do to increase my chances of losing more?

I'm glad to hear that phentermine seems to be working really well for you! Most of the forums/posts here on the site seem to be geared at this drug's side effects, but I've noticed that many people are still losing weight with it regardless.

Phentermine is in a class of medications called anorectics. It works by decreasing appetite. In my opinion, as long as you're exercising regularly, eating healthy foods (primarily fresh fruit and veggies), staying hydrated, and living in an otherwise stress-free environment, weight loss/fat loss is bound to happen as a result. Phentermine can therefore be used as a catalyst for a short period of time to help speed weight loss in overweight people.

If you don't change your eating habits while on it you will gain double back! It will also make you depressed and moody. It gave me severe anxiety as well. I was on and off of it for over 8 years. Its just a temporary fix. Your body will also get used to the dosage and the pill will stop working the longer you take it.
