Phenrermine And Xanax

I have been in phenrermine a month now and was scared to initially take it due to anxiety but have decided to take a half all month the doctor knew I was in Xanax as needed and said nothing about the combination , has anyone every had to take both. I took my phenrermine about 5 hrs ago and now had to take 2mg Xanax I don't really feel so right wondering if there could be a serious side affect.. It could all be in my head due to panic disorder that u cant controll but not sure . I feel hit in my face and just not right kind of like I'm "high and having panic together) has this ever happened to anyone. Also shortness of breathe but that is common dying a panic attack...
