Pharmacy To Fill A Prescription For Roxicodone (Page 2)
Updatedunable to find a pharmacy that will fill my perscription for roxicodone 30mg
I know how you feel I've had mine for 2 wks and live in Sanford, FL and no luck at all. I am a hair stylists and have been in two accidents and can barely move my right arm without pain. I was told today that they're trying to get rid of it here in Florida.

I need some serious help right now. I am one of those few poor patients that are being punished severely by not being able to get the medication that I have been taking for over a year now because of the scum bag a**holes that have abused it & the state of fl seems to think that fixing that problem is to cut off ALL supply of the abused medication---regardless of the fact that LEGITIMATE patients with LEGITIMATE pain can not exsist without it. I just spent the last 6 hours driving Sarasota county fl to find a pharmacy to fill my LEGITIMATE script for Oxycodone 30mg--80 tablets--25 pharmacies. CVS-Walgreens-small mom&pop pharmacies---NOWHERE WILL FILL. All said they don't have it. I am BEYOND fed up with this S***. How the hell are people like me supposed to f***ing exist????? This is ridiculous and I am ready to file WHICHEVER lawsuit needed to get this problem resolved for actual real pain patients like myself--I will take these f***ers for all they are worth. Anybody, in the meantime, know where I can get my LEGITMATE script for 80 oxycodone 30mg tablets in Sarasota county fl????
BeyondFedUp... I live in Sarasota as well and in same boat. I have been on these meds for over 7 yrs, and can not function without them. In the last 2 yrs they've become so popular with bulls*** doctors over-presto ing to bs people, and it has really affected us, the legitimate "sufferer's". My pain is unbearable. My husband and I have been spending hours daily to try and fill and probably have tried almost 30 pharms in area. I don't know what to do or where to turn. My young girls see me cry in pain every day and it is humiliating. I'm so desperate to try and get through a day without my pain overwhelming me. If you happen to find a place in Sarasota that you can fill them, PLEASE share the info and I will do the same. The chronic constant pain people like us live with daily, is un-comprehendible to those who don't, and we need to look out for eachother during these "un-just" times. each and every day is a struggle that just keeps getting worse the following day. Not looking forward to Tom.
In Long Island..my doc is in Blkn n i get mine filled
Alvini i deal with 2 pharmacys..maybe try n hit me on {edited for privacy}
I need a doc, am be we can exchange. But we have to do it out here I. Cyber world, bc they don't let you do private email. I have a pharmacist. I have a script too, but I found a pharm that will do it
I am a Home Care RN that went to see a patient that was just released from hosp. He was a ped hit by a car and has multiple fx's: pelvis, ribs, clavical, knee and spine. He is in terrible pain and was given a script on discharge for Oxycodone 30mg 4x/day. He has been unable to find a pharmacy in the Detroit area that will prescribe it for him. I have called multiple pharmacies myself trying to help him and have been told "they don't carry that drug." As a RN, I am baffled by this. This is a legal drug for severe pain and yet it is unavailable to patients who need this. What is he suppose to do; just suffer 24 hours a day till all his injuries heal? I think this is outrageous!!!
I read your post about being a cancer patient and you are in the Detroit area. I am an RN and do know a pharmacy that will fill your script for Oxycodone. It is called PHILS PHARMACY located in Mt. Clemens. The address is 35 N. Walnut St and their phone number is 586-468-0597. Call them in advance to make sure they have your drug in stock. I don't know what area of Detroit you live in but you can Google them and it is well worth the drive for pain relief. Hope this helps. This situation is beyond ridiculous!!
Having trouble filling my Rx since my regular pharmacy does not accept my insurance at the moment. Any info on a pharmacy that carries this would be appreciated. I'm in the Queens/LI area as well.
what pharmacy do you use? I live in queens, ny. Having difficult time finding pharmacy that has it and they refuse to order it, saying its backordered
Its the same in Alabama I have been filling mine at a small pharmacy for the past yr or so, I had called a couple after I had scene post to this nature in the past and they had give me this bullsh*t story about the DEA only allowing them to fill so many scripts of oxys and methadone a month and they only had enough for there regulars(people that had been filling there for the last 6 months), so I thought maybe it was getting that way but wrote it off, then yesterday I go to fill mine, and they tell me that there pharmacist just died and they only had 6 pills and that since he was the only licensed pharmacist there that the 6 would be all I could get and they didn't know if or when they could order more, so I have spent the last 24 hrs calling every pharmacy within a hundred miles...same story...wtf... Im screwed...script but no where to fill it, Good Luck...
I need Katie Boyd and friends to stop goddamn praying for Oxycontin. They are seriously abusing the whole southeast into abuse.
I am being prescribed Roxicodone 30Mg Quantity 240 per month along with Morphine Sulfate 60Mg Long Acting (12 Hr) 60 Per Month. I have been filling at Rite Aid Pharmacy and they state to me they have a fairly high abundance of patients on it, so they order it by the "" (1,000) bottles for their stock, they never have a problem filling my scripts, if they do not have the entire quantity they will give me a partial and place a special order that is overnighted to the store the next day. I am a cash patient and pay $225.00 for 240 pills, Sometimes they use the 224's as generic's and sometimes they use the smaller tabs Mfg Qualitest just depends which is the house brand that day.
My location is in Long Beach CA. The Long Acting Morphine Sulfate ER my insurance pays for so they are free.
My dosage is 2 Roxy's every 6 hours w/ 1 long acting Tylenol 650 to give the oxy a kick, and the Morphine is 1 tab every 12 hours. I do not get cravings or over use nor run out. However I will let you in on a little secret if you are receiving scripts for other meds from other doctors not related to pain management it is said to be to have ALL OF YOUR SCRIPTS filled at the same Rite Aid that way it does not give the appearance of Pharmacy Hopping. That will get you in more trouble than anything else and defiantly either denied or they will just say we dont fill that medication. Be as transparent as you can, no doctor shopping and no pharmacy hopping.
I live in NYC and my husband has been prescribed roxicodone 30 mg for the last six months. For the the last two months his pharmacy hasnt been as me to fill his scripts and he had two scripts expire already. Can I get any helpful information because in another week this script will expire too
To all of you Florida patients all I can say is GOOD LUCK, seriously, that is where all the illegal doctors were passing out Roxy's, Oxy's, and the like over their counter in the clinics which is very very illegal and that is when the DEA came down on the market in general. Like I said in prior posts, try and find a pharmacy like the big 3 CVS, Rite Aid or Walgreen's, and have ALL of your scripts fill at the same pharmacy, ie: blood pressure, inhalers, anti anxiety, and what ever else your receiving. that way your not giving the appearance of pharmacy hopping just for the opiates, and they will be more apt to consider you a regular good customer and fill your opiates. I can not stress this enough. Patient assistant programs are good to an extent. Most of the Manufactures, will not approve unless you have no other way to pay this includes being on disability. As they consider disability a form of insurance and even though they do not pay for Roxy's they are insurance and you will most likely be denied. I attempted this when my Dr. put me on Opana as they run right around 10-15 dollars per pill Endo told me that they would do one courtesy fill and until I could prove that my insurance would not pay for them the would not continue filling my Opana for free. so that went bust.
