Ublix, CVS, will not fill this because it can cause stomach bleeding etc.

I'm sorry, but I haven't studied veterinary medications, but it is the responsibility of the pharmacy to catch these types of problems and they won't even fill them for people if there's a chance that there could be a dangerous problem from them taking the medication.
