Pharex is a Vitamin-B Complex tab. This pill contains Vitamin B1, B6, and B12; it is used as a dietary supplement as well as for treatment of conditions such as neuritis and neuralgia. It may or may not be 'necessary' to take if you are not deficient in these vitamins.
