Paxil Side Effects After Taking For Years (Top voted first)

I am stopping the medication( Paxil) because I have been takinf this medication for years, and I want to try to be without medication. When I do I feel dizziness and I feel like sounds in my ear. Is that from stopping? What other side effect I can Feel?

Omayra I've been on paxil for years myself I was diagnosed with panic disorder. That is where the dizziness comes in, once u start to get dizzy it trigers all kind of other physical symptoms look into panic attacks and the side effects.
