Paxil 60 Mg No Longer That Beneficial To Me Anymore

Hi, I've been taking Paxil 30 mg. Twice daily for approximately close to 20 years now. I feel like I need a medication to take with Paxil at this point to be beneficial to me as my depression & anxiety are worse than other times. Does anyone know of a supplement that will help and that I can safely take with Paxil? Maybe another anti depressant to go with my Paxil as I do not want to stop the Paxil.

It is entirely normal for your body to get used to a medication that you take regularly, and for it to stop working as well. The time frame can vary from person to person. When this happens, you usually do need to try a different medication, or a different dosage of the existing medication.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Paxil as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, and somnolence.
