Pass Etg In 30 Hours (Page 6)

I've been clean from alcohol for 30 hours. I've had a gallon of water yesterday and one before testing. I also drank a creatine mixture to raise my levels. Do you think I'd pass an EtG?

Please. Help with Fred back.. scared to death 3 160z bush lights with 25 hrs if etg. 500 cut off... got called in...that has never happened... drank almost a gallon of green tea... water.. gatorade.. vitamin b milk thistle turmeric.. protein shake detox drink..... anything to help ease my mind a little please??? I'd settle for a dilute.... not worth the risk...im petrified!!! Think I can pass?

A couple more things...

1) I did have 6 glasses of wine on Sunday; ended at 8 at night.

2) Is a probation department ETG test usually under 500 ng or more...For false positives?

And also 2.5 glasses of wine between 12-1 in the afternoon...Workout at night...Lots of water...And Test at 430PM the next day.

Hi all,

I'm in recovery and honestly don't know if I am a true alcoholic or just had a really bad year after a traumatic incident that left me with PTSD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Anyway, I'm in a sober living house and after 6 months sober I had 3 glasses of wine on Wednesday evening and 1 rum and coke on Thursday at 3pm. I had a surprise urine test (which I'm assuming is ETG) on Saturday at 2:45pm. I will find out tomorrow (Monday) if I failed because my counsellor will either call me or not. What do you think my odds are? I'm a 130lb, 30 year old woman!

With 6 glasses I think you would at least need 48hrs to be below 500ng/ml. Most probation programs use the 500ng/ml to avoid false positive. The reality is if you have anything 500ng/ml and over it should be sent to them for confirmation. After the lab confirms a positive it is pretty much admissible in court. Hope this helps! Good luck. Also, as a good reference to what your levels might be, you can figure 5000-7000ng/ml per glass of wine peaking 9 hours after your BAC is 00, so estimating an etg peek of 42000 9hrs after 00 will reduce by half every 2-3hr...

I know this isn't exactly related, but you seem to know how these tests work. I took about three hits of cannabis the Saturday before last and had a surprise test the following Saturday. Haven't smoked in ages... What's the likelihood I popped positive?

You should be good to go with that amount of time. Take a multi Vitamin just prior to test and drink water in the morning but no later that 3:00PM, and yes 500 is the standard: If you make it fine stay clear of alcoholic drink, I find it easy to stay away most of the time, the thing I personally dislike being forced to not drink vice refusing to drink by my own accord.

Most of the time if you are not a long time user of pot it can be negitive with in 72hrs-2weeks after light use... If you were well hydrated before your the test I think you'll be fine.

So after failing several tests I’m finally in a treatment program and done drinking! I have 23 days sober but somehow I keep getting low levels of ETG showing up on my Tests and my probation officer is skeptical of my sobriety. What could be causing this?

Ask your PO the numbers! Daily products can cause false positives. If your hitting in between the 100-300ng/ml it could products in your environment. Stay away from perfume, mouthwash hand sanitizer ect...

No word yet. I took the test last Tuesday at 4:30.

Fingers are still crossed. Usually, no news is good news.

I don’t know if the P.O. calls if you passed. He said he would know by the end of this week.

I thought the turnaround would be 3 days but I have not a clue really.

I passed I drank water but not alot like 3 water bottles a day then took the test. So just a quick review I got wasted Friday night from 10-1 and took the test 65 hours later I had 3 tallboys and 1 and 1/2 long island ice teas. With that said I'm ready to be sober.

Only if you fail.
And typically have a 24-48hr turnaround for results.
