UpdatedWe are in Mexico and was prescribed Pasmodil, Metamizol Sodico caja con 20 grageas. We're not sure what symptom this is for and what it is?

Metamizole is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, used to treat various types of pain and swelling.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

My baby of three months was given pesamodil and Nucodil due to cough. May I know if it is the right meds.
So could i use the metamizol sódico for back pain?
Pasmodil, Metamizol Sodico is normally given with KENZOFLEX (Ciprofloxacino) 500mg to treat cases of diarrhea and i can tell you from experience whilst in Mexico the 2 together are truly MAGICAL they cleared in very very fast within 24hrs fully reccomend the 2 togther if your anywhere in the world with diarrhea
I was prescribed Pasmocil for pain resulting from an inflamed large intestine. Can it irritate my stomach? Should I take it with food?
