my D.R. wants me to take this pill when I take it I get can a extremely bad headache is it normal, if so will go away soon or should I stop taking it, plus it gave me diarrhea shortly after I took it--please help ## Hello, Millie! Have been taking Extine for about 3 yrs with no probs, but lately i have been itching, upper arms, legs and back. all in the same spots each day a couple of hrs after taking it. There is no rash but terriably itchy and can go for hrs. Could it be the Extine? ## Extine contains the active ingredient Paroxetine; which does list itching as a severe side effect associated with taking this medication. I WAS CURIOUS WHAT EFFECT WOULD HAPPEN IF MORE THAN ONE DOSAGE WAS TAKEN OF THIS MEDICINE. I have been on antidepressants since August of 2010. While taking Venlafaxine, Cymbalta, and now paroxetine, I discovered that it creates an inability to have an orgasm, and ejaculate. This causes much frustration, because I need the medications to help with my severe anxiety problem, but I'm also 26, and looking to have kids soon with my fiance.
