I am on Pramipexole 0.125 Tab Glen. Before I was on Pramipexole 0.125 Tab TEVA . Can you tell me if this drug is made in the United States. I cannot take medicine made in Canada or India. need to know what this i pill is . have parkinson's ad need to know if this is what supposed to be taking. thanks, dorothydesano ## pill is oblong it is yellow oblong 199 and symbol on one side not scored. ## Can you describe the symbol for me? That would help me to identify it for you. Another thing that may help is if you can post back and tell me the medications you take, that would give me a starting point.

I have been given a pill for severe leg cramps that has is small, white, with G on one side and it has a 2 on the other side with a 53 under the two. ## Drug: Ropinirole Hydrochloride Strength: 0.25 mg Imprint: G 2 53 Color: White Shape: Round ## That is correct, it does contain 0.25mgs of Ropinirole, which actually used to treat RLS, not actual leg cramps. i took 5.25 of Mirapax er . will i be ok? ## Information I've gathered on Mirapex ER (Pramipexole) states that the maximum recommended dose is 4.5 mg per day. The efficacy of dosages beyond 4.5 mg/day has not been established nor studied in clinical trials. I wouldn't call 5.25 a serious overdose if you are still feeling alright. You may just be more prone to experiencing a higher level of side effects for the time being; but to play it safe I'd strongly recommend paying close attention to your upcoming doses and monitoring how you feel in case some undesirable side effects eventually do happen in subsequent high doses. I have not bad problems with this pill at all. It actually has calmed my RLS. It took a few days but my RLS is under control. Mind over Matter baby. I dont Mind cuz it doesn't Matter ## I took klonopin 1 mg 2 times daily for 18 yrs. for anxiety. I came off of this 4 yrs. ago due to job loss and no insurance. I started having RLS symptoms which have become worse this last year. A neurologist prescribed Mirapex. I had extremely bad insomnia. Last week my doctor changed my scrip to Requip. The nausea, vomiting & headaches are terrible. I also get fatigued very fast. I will no longer take these 2 drugs. I have left my doctor to call me today. Why would this medicine help RLS and insomnia? I have been taking the max allowed of ropinirole for RLS, but RLS is getting worse. When I am walking the floors, in pain and can't be still, I would try anything. I remembered this medicine I had from Breast Cancer Surgery; I took one. I went to sleep almost immediately. The second night, the same thing. The ropinirole is not working. I took another one. I went to sleep. Slept all night, woke up felt great. What is going on? Tonight instead of starting the ropinirole, I decided to try one of these Oxycod/apap pills 5 to 325 mg. (?) . Anyway, I feel fine. Ropinirole numbering "G" on one side - "2" above "55" on the other. What's the dosage. Been taking 2 Mg for years, got new supply with above numbering, took same dose had nausa, vomiting, hot flashes felt like an overdose. ## The tablets with this marking contain 1mg of Ropinirole, but there can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient in generic medications, so if you took 2, then you may have gotten a little more than your body is used to having, which may have caused the problems you experienced. Have you talked to the pharmacy? They may be able to order the ones in for you from the prior manufacturer.

I have been taking emsam for 4 years. I guess one of the first patients. I have shaking in my muscles. I also take Ativan 1 mg a day. Don't understand why my head shakes also the muscles around my eyes. Very uncomfortable but won't make me give up Emsam. ## The twitching is listed as being a possible serious side effect of the Emsam that could signify health problems. You really should contact your doctor, so they can look into the matter, otherwise you may be putting your life in danger. Are there any other questions or comments?
