I am 16 weeks pregnant and suffering with severe vomitings,acidity and heart burn.My doctor has prescribed Zofer and Pan D to control vomitings and acidity. I have COPD. I was prescribed Pantodac 20. |I am presently taking synthroid, propranolol|(inderal generic, baby aspirin and a variety of vitamins. I take these regularly. I was given propranolol for heart palpitations, which are supposedly benign. Any conflict. Also any side effects with pantoprazole. ## I haven't found any interactions listed, but you should check with your doctor or pharmacist, to be certain, especially since vitamins aren't tested for causing possible problems with medications. White Pill With 144 underscored On one Side. the othersides plain ## Hi billybob, Unfortunately since this pill description does not show up under any of my U.S. prescription drug resources, I can't find any information on it. I also tried searching a few different variations of the imprint, but the closest match is a round yellow pill with the same imprint "144"; which is identified as Pantoprazole sodium delayed release (20 mg). Unless you believe that your pill might be light yellow as opposed to white, odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. and/or that it is some sort of over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. Been on Protonix/Pantoprazole for a few years. Pill appearance often changes from oblong tan color, round tan color and now white oblong. What is up with that? Any change to effectiveness, complications? ## Well, I can't really tell you anything about them, without knowing the specific markings on them, however, what is most likely happening is that they are just manufactured by different companies. Most pharmacies will order from whatever company is offering the cheapest price, when they need to restock. This is how they keep their prices as low as possible for uninsured customers. I was non symptamatic before taking pantoprazole. Now I have nausea, sleep problems and overall having stomach issues I did not have. Gastro doc prescribed after upper GI as a preventive measure. Ready to stop all together. ## Same problem here, once I take a Pantoprazole in the morning I cannot sleep the next night. Never had problems sleeping before. Will call the doctor and ask if something else is available. ## It can cause these types of issues, as side effects, in some people, so you both should contact your doctors and discuss trying something else.
