is pantodac good for a patient with poor kidney function, who has gone through partial kidney removal?

No, Pantodac contains the active ingredient Pantoprazole, it is a proton pump inhibitor that's used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach.

It has no beneficial effect on the kidneys.
