Pantodac And Pregnancy

Does taking Pantodac DSR 40 mg capsules continuosly have any side effects when I am planning to conceive.

Pantodac DSR contains a time released formulation of Pantoprazole, it is a proton pump inhibitor that is used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach to treat or prevent conditions such as heartburn, GERD, gastritis and ulcers.

It is not known to cause problems when someone is trying to conceive, however, once you are pregnant you should discuss it with your doctor to see if it is advisable for you to continue its use.
