Please contact Ur gastroenterologist , he will do a endoscopy n tell u what's wrong n what medicines u have to take, simply don't take tablets , there is a risk of stomach cancer.

I have been prescribed Pentocid HP kit for 10day drug to be taken morning and evening afte meal along with Sucral liquid before meals because I have been diagnosed with gastritis with ulceration and H pyloric infection on basis of endoscopy and sonographymadan Iwant to know if this ok and any more medicine are to be taken and what are the foods I should avoid and what food inclusion will be useful
