Pan 40 Tablet Bm Side Effects

I have three to four bowel movements in the morning in a span of two hours some times there is undigested food particles like carrots. I am a pure vegetarian and have been eating only rice, boiled veggies, and lentils. Can pan 40 tablet help me in this regard. I have no heart burn or reflex problem.

Some undigested food particles appearing in your stool is a normal occurence.

And no, Pan contains the active ingredient Pantoprazole, which is a proton pump inhibitor used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach, to treat or prevent conditions such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis.

It will not prevent frequent bowel movements and if you aren't properly digesting food, then it could make that problem even worse, since it cuts down on the amount of stomach acid.
