The pill is pale yellow, round & scored on one side. The other side has APO with T1-2 below the APO.

This tablet is manufactured by Apotex Corp and they list it as containing 2mgs of Tizanidine, which is a muscle relaxant.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
