Pain Management Doctors In Or Near Memphis Tn

I am trying to find a pain management doctor in or near the memphis area that takes amerigroup insurance. The closest one I have been able to find is in Nashville and I am a single mother of 3 so that is not practical for me to drive every month. That's a almost 4 hr drive from where I am. Please if anyone knows anyone who takes the insurance amerigroup that does pain management or even isn't a pain management doctor but will prescribe pain meds I would appreciate u letting me know. I can't go without having some kind of pain meds daily because I am a paraplegic with back pain, chronic leg spasms and severe arthritis in my right shoulder. Any help again I thank u for ahead of time.
