I was just perscribed a bottle of 60 and unless Oxybutynin is oxycontin also, you are wrong. ## 4853V is 5mgs of Oxybutynin, a generic for Ditropan, used to help control urinary frequency and incontinence. ## 4853 with a cursive v on the bottom is a 30mg oxy. I'm being weaned off of 25mcg of fentanyl patches. The doctor gave me five 12.5 patches to wean me off of the 25mcg patch and told me when I felt it was the right time to take it off, to go ahead and do so. Now I'm still having withdrawal's. Granted not as bad of one I had when I ran out of the 25mcg. I'm restless and take .5mg of klonopin twice a day and vistril 25mg for break threw panic disorder I have and a slight heaviness and pain in my chest along with headache. I nausea. I've now turned to cannabis to cope with anxiety and nausea. I figure they give to cancer patients to help. Its herbal and non addictive except psychologically. Has anyone experience body cramps from taking Hysingla ER and have you found any ways to suggest to prevent or relieve the cramping? See "my story" below: I started on Hysingla ER 20 mg and am now up to Hysingla ER 80mg(due to insurance not approving a therapeutic dose to begin with). I am most likely going to be moving to Wisconsin and I wanted to know if it is as bad there as it is here in Florida for chronic pain patients who take opiods. Here the problem is no pharmacies will fill the prescriptions. I have had chronic pain for 5 years and lost my career due to it and am now on disability. I do not ABUSE my meds and have never got in any trouble. I do not take very strong meds one of them is a schedule 3. and the schedule2 is a very low dose. So I am trying a mailorder service through my pain management doctor. The insurance is $400 annual fee and .88 cents per/ for my oxycodone prescription. The insurance agent at my Docs office said that I will get my card in the mail in a week, then I print out the order form overnite it with my prescription and they overnite it back taking a total from beginning to end 10-14 days. I am optimistic since i have had my script for almost 90 days and still haven't filled. Like everyone else I am having a hard time finding a pharmacy that will fill my pain medication, I live in Brandon near Tampa Fla. My Dr. will only give me certain meds because he is aware of the problems getting some meds filled. When I went to the pharmacy I asked him and he said the same thing, I then said I guess I could do a mail order for the meds the pharmacy won't fill and the pharmacist told me that it is illegal to get narcotic pain meds mailed in Florida. I just had a script filled by mail in March, does anyone know if they changed that law? I know a lot of new regulations went into effect April 1st. How many Tylenol 4 would I have to take to equal 400 Mgs of tramadol? I'm trying to keep the withdrawals at bay. Please help. ## Look I'm not a doctor but i do have a lot of experience with pain meds as I have been on narcotics for chronic pain since 2008. Even though tramadol is considered on the lower epsilon of narcotics I have a hard time with nausea and constipation if i mix acetaminophen with hydrocodone or percocet. How different is Morphine Sulfate 30mg E 653 from a 30mg perocet, and is it dangerous to take it like its a percocet or vicodin, is it ok to take in severe cases of plantars fasciitis ## There is no 30mg Percocet, so I assume you're talking about a regular release Oxycodone tablet, whereas Percocet would contain Acetaminophen and Oxycodone and is only available with a maximum of 10mgs of the Oxycodone. As to a comparison, Oxycodone is actually one and half times stronger than Morphine, so it would take 45mgs of Morphine to equal 30mgs of the Oxcycodone, so you may not get as much pain relief, as you would from the Oxycodone. I was taking 30mg oxycodone and the doctor switched to 15 mg Morphine ER and 15mg oxycodone and the pain is the worst it's been in the last 8 months. Am i going crazy or is it possible that the morphine does nothing for me. And if so I can't see the doctor for another 7 days ## 15mg er morphine is the least amount available in the er class of pain meds, er stands for extended release, this means that basically you are receiving 15 mg per 6 hrs, over a 12 hr period. and obviously you receive half of the dose you were getting with oxycodone. long story short, you Dr.isn't doing you any favors, only reducing your pain meds and increasing your pain!, 15 mg er morph doesn't do much at all! ## Morphine when taken by mouth is super weak. Has anyone out there taken this drug twice a day and had persistent nausea??? I thought I'd adjust to the nausea, but it's persistent. My pain specialist had me on 40 mg Opana ER and 15 mg Morphine Sulfate IR for 8 years. I had to find another doctor and starting next week I will be taking 30 mg Oxymorphone ER every 12 hours and 10 mg Oxycodone IR up to 3 per day. I have really bad back pains. I have tried everything to mild the pain but nothing works.
