Beware of buying from this overseas pharmacy that is circulating in spam mail that purports to provide Vicodin ES. They ship from Pakistan, and the pills are fake Vicodin ES generics (with a watson 387 etched in). They aren't just benign fakes--they have some sort of upper in them, maybe some speed or viagra or something. Not a pleasant experience at all. ## Watson 387 SHOULD contain 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Vicodin ES, a narcotic analgesic. However, this is one of the hazards of ordering from foreign pharmacies that may not be approved to sell products in the US, there have been a lot of complaints about them recently. Is bi- Profenid a narcotic? If not, what cN I ask the dentist for? I'm in France on Vacation and we have a difficult time understanding each other. ## Dihydrocodeine ## @Rikii, Bi-profenid (ketoprofen) is "not" classified as a narcotic. It is in a class of medications called NSAID. It works by stopping the body's production of a substance that causes pain, fever, and inflammation. I read a while back that the FDA among others were trying to start making hydrocodone without the acetaminophen in it. I was wondering if anyone knows if this is true and when it would happen. ## They actually do make Hydrocodone without acetaminophen. It goes by the name of Vicoprofen, which contains Hydrocodone + Ibuprofen, in replace of acetaminophen. I also came across an article that mentioned a new drug (the one you may be referring to), consisting of only extended released Hydrocodone. I want to reduce my use of 5325 Norco. I have a new hip replacement and not in that much pain. What do you suggest? ## Usually for drugs like this the safest way to stop taking them is to tapper off them, if possible. Some medications can be taken in fractions (actually cut into pieces) and these smaller pieces can be taken in place of the regular dose for a period of several weeks until the body is no longer dependent upon them. If you haven't been taking them for too long, this process should be much easier than the vast majority of withdrawals people go through from taking them for years on end. I wish you a quick recovery!

I am prescribed Percocet 7.5 and Cymbalta 120mg among others. I take them as prescribed. Dr wants to do a urine screen to see if I am taking my meds....no problem there. Will occassional thc automatically show up or only if he requests it? ## The commonly abused, illegal drugs are usually including in these types of screenings, so there is a good chance that it will be detected. Took a tsp of loratab taken on wed show up on a drug screen on fri had a tooth pulled pain got to bad during the nite but now just got informed i have to take a drug screen fri and of the script wasnt mine ## Lortab contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, the Hydrocodone is a narcotic and like most other medications in this class, it can be detectable in a standard urine test for approximately 4 to 5 days, after last dosing. There is really no way to give a more precise time frame, because it is going to vary, depending on your own metabolism, overall health, activity levels and etc. Are there any other questions or comments?

You can try calling various pharmacies within your area to see who can fill your script, but odds are slim that you will get a "yes" answer over the phone as opposed to being there in person. Got some yellow pills and was told they were lortabs but has no markings or writing on the side. There big yellow plain pills. What are they? Please help ## Hmmm - no markings?
