My husband and I are moving to Naples, FL on Nov.1st and I need to find a doctor who will continue to prescribe me the 180mg of ms contin I take per day. My husband takes methadone 60mg per day for chronic pain and he needs a doctor also. We will not have insurance there so we will be paying cash. I am taking a standard 10 panel urine test tomorrow and have been taking hydrocodone for stitches for the past 4-5 days which I was prescribed. I did take an opana 30 last night and my question is will they both show up as opiates or are they seperate? On a standard 10 panel at a clinic, is oxy seperated from opiates or are they both opiates? I cannot fail for anything that I am not prescribed to so I need to know asap. 10 panel includes: meth, amphet, thc, barbs, benzos, cocaine and the rest seems to change from what Ive seen online. ...Please help! ## does opana show up as an opiate on a 10 panel drug test

I have had migraines since I was 13. Recently, last 4 months, found that Oxycodone takes the pain, auora, and naseau away in about an hour, and keeps it away for up to 8 hours. This is a miracle. No other migraine drug ever worked like this. Now, with the new laws, my primary won't prescribe this. I need to locate a migraine doctor that will treat me. I only get one or two headaches a month, and take 1-2 pills for them, so I am only needing 4 to 6 pills a month, but still impossible to get them. They really are a life changer for migraine sufferers. I wish someone had tried these on me 30 years ago. Can dilaudid help with a severe cough with chest pain. How much and can it be taken with alkaselter.if so would he be able to take it before work.thanks ## Hello, Diana! How are you? Dilaudid is a very potent narcotic, so it shouldn't be taken and mixed with other medications, unless his doctor has specifically said that it's okay to do so. But yes, it could help with the pain, I'm not sure about the cough. However, a doctor should also check out the chest pain to make sure that there isn't something serious going on. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have a new pill my dr called in it is oval orange V on one side and 3605 on other side shows it's Hydrocodone 7.5/325 I was previous on Hydrocodone 7.5/500 not sure why dr changed it! Is the 7.5/325 a stronger pill as I have severe back issues so wondering if that's y the change! Thanks! ## The 325/500 is the amount of acetaminophen in the capsule. I was recently told by my Pain Management Doctor that my urine tests are coming back with a complete NEGATIVE for Dilaudid use. I am prescribed 2 Pain meds., the reason being I have collapsing spine. Its proper name is Spondylothesis and I also have severe nerve damage. I am constantly in a great deal of pain, have had 13 spinal surgeries from 1972 through 1991. Thus, the nerve damage and a bit of scar tissue thrown in. my last MRI showed 11 bulging discs in cervical, thoracic and lumbar parts of my spine.My question is what can cause a false negative on the urine test? If so, when it comes to drugs, there isn't really an allowable limit, per se. The way any medication can affect any given person varies, which is why such markers are used to determine someone's level of impairment. If you go to a pain management doctor thinking you know exactly what drug and quantity you want then you sound like a drug seeker. When was the last time you had an MRI? Is it possible that arthritis is now complicating your condition? The answer for you will not always be more drugs and higher doses. The doctor is the Pro. Go in ready to explain where you are and then LISTEN. There are new meds and procedures and some of the options may be difficult. Maybe it's time to try physical therapy again. For example, Lortab would most likely disappear from a urine test within 4-5 days max, but might show up in a hair test up to 90 days later. Don't take these numbers to be 100% accurate, but the good news is that most standard drug tests don't look for Hydrocodone - rather they would most likely test for Codeine, Heroin, or Morphine usage. There are expanded tests to look for additional drugs such as Hydrocodone or Xanax etc. Hope this info helps. ## Lortab leaves the system after a couple of days. I take oxycodone 15 mg, 3 times a day and I take fiorinal with codeine, 4 times a day. I take a over counter allergy pill called diphenhydramine 25 mg.
