I have never has any issues, It has always worked well with no problems. Last month, my pharmacy switched to a horrible cheaper generic ( a larger capsule shaped pill with 377 on it, made by Caraco. I started noticing that i was in increasing amounts of pain and had other issues. It was making me miserable and upset. I asked my sis who had gotten the same kind (377) of inferior tramadol if she was having problems too and was having the same issues. We both returned the defective tramadol to the pharmacy and got our regular brand and were back to normal within hours. So PLEASE be aware that 377 tramadols by Caraco are NOT the same quality as others. i would avoid...
I was gave morphine while i was in the hospital for my appendix as well as phenagrin and CT contrast. I had a drug screen 6 days later and tested positive for oxymorphone. The dr that done the test said it wasn't possible for the morphine to be in my system that long but my liver specialist said it is possible because I have serrosis of the liver which slows down the metabolic rate of how my system breaks down the drugs. Is this right ## Tigger Check out the discussion link on here of "Xanax Detection Window", post two, has all sorts of web links for information on all sorts of medication.
For some reason my Vet placed my aussie on tussigon for lick granuloma? I see no point in this medication. He's still licking it and its not cheap! Anyone know why he would be on this? Other than it makes him sleepy ## Hello, Dehner! How are you? It is believed that this condition is sometimes caused by psychogenic factors, such as the dog being left alone for much of the day, being confined or sudden household changes that are putting them under stress. The Hydrocodone that is in Tussigon can substitute for Endorphin and decrease the urge to lick that they feel due to the stress. Is there anything else I can help with?
Roxiet seems to be the only thing that helps me be able to function. I get energy, less depression and less anxiety. Is there a more non-addictive substitute. ## Hello, Tootie! How are you? No, all narcotic analgesics, such as this, carry the same risk of being habit forming and/or addictive. Usually, addiction occurs for people who experience the effects that you do, such as the energy boost and uplifting effects. What other medications have you tried to treat your issues?
oxycode 20mg stronger than a 7.5/325 ## Hello, Tina! How are you? Yes, that is correct. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
I was taking vicodan 5/325 and was up to 3 tabs with adequate pain relief and no side effects. My doc upped my dose to 10/325 I took 1.5tabs and am nauseous and dizzy. Is that normal? SShouldn't it be the same? ## Hello, Jan! How are you feeling? No, it is normal for a higher dose to cause more side effects and both nausea and dizziness are common, as well as drowsiness and constipation. This medication also carries the risk of being habit forming. Is there anything else I can help with?
My dog has a grade 6 heart murmer and needs to take this medication. I'm trying to work with the liquid but its difficult. Does anyone know if they plan to start producing the tablets again? ## CHECK OUR CONVERSATION ON THIS UNDER HYCODAN. NOPE! THE DRUG COMPANIES ARE JUST HATEFUL AND DON'T CARE ABOUT OUR DRUG DEPENDENT DOGS! ## They make and sell Tussigon tablets in the US as of May 12, 2011. I just purchased 30 tablets of Tussigon today for my congestive heart failure dog for 24.00. ## My Pom just got a prescription for this In June and they were the tablets so I assume they are available now
Help! I need to know if I take half of a Percocet 5 will I test positive for the percocet? I'm supposed to take 10mg but that's all I have is half of the 5. Long story! They test my urine but I don't think they test levels... help me! ## I would need more info to give a better answer. Do you take Percocet on a regular basis, if so it might show up in a urine drug test. Also are you taking a rapid screening urine test like you buy at the store or are you having a GC/MS lab test done? The cutoff levels might be different. Most urine test cannot distinguish between 10mg and 5 mg.
oblong green tablet with a v on one side and 5118 on the other side. I believe they are some kind of pain pill. ## The pill you have is a combination of Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene HCL (650 mg - 65 mg). Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene is used to treat mild pain and is additionally an anti-tussive and local anesthetic. You can view a more detailed description of the drug, by clicking on the link below... If you have any other questions or concerns, please post back and I will be happy to assist you. ## Acetaminophen tablets i.p.650mg drug used to cure fever??
My pain doctor just informed me that he can longer offer refills on my norco because of it being classed as a schedule 2 drug norcotic now. That means i must go every month now and pay for an office visit. I know that is true in New York but i am not aware of any changes in Alabama law. As I do not have insurance now that would be a huge added expense to me. It would be a big added expensive even if I did with a $60 copay. Does anyone know of this change in legislation that I cant find? ## Craig, some doctors, as they can't write refills, write 3 additional original prescriptions with them dated for the next three months. They can't be filled until that date arrives. You only have to pay the office visit every three to four months. Check with your pain doctor, he may be able to ...
I have a low tolerance to pain and a high tolerance to opoids. 8 years ago I hurt my back, suffered a Lisfranc fracture of left foot with med-foot fusion, and now permanent nerve damage down my left leg due to complications. Wa. St. legislature has decided that they know better about my pain than I or my DR do. I have been forced to reduce to 90 Mg total per day and am in severe pain again, and now have arthritis in my left hip as well. Will Tramadol or something else help me? I cannot stand this pain anymore, I can barely walk. And where do I get it? Thank you ## Hello, JR! How are you? I am so sorry that you're in pain! What are you taking? You said you'd been cut to 90mgs, but didn't mention the medication. Tramadol is a prescription medication, so it would have to be pre...
A light yellow oblong shaped tablet imprinted with 36 01 on the front and V on th back. ## T have been taking hydrocod/apap 5/500 and have been changed to hydroc/apap 10/325. whichy is stronger? ## is this pill hydroco/apap ? it has M357 on it ## In regards to the original question, yes the tablet with the 3601 V contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen and is roughly equivalent to what you were taking. The dosage of the narcotic has been raised, while the Acetaminophen has been lowered, to help protect you from the damage that long term use of higher doses of it can cause, such as liver failure. It may even be a little stronger for you and help your pain more, depending on how sensitive you are to the narcotic. You can learn more Vicodin details here. And yes, the tabl...

Listen DO NOT take any of that suboxone until you have gone AT LEAST 24 HOURS WITHOUT ANY OPIATES. Unless you really want to be sick. Do you have pills or strips? And what mg? I've been on subs for over three months ...maybe you should check into a sub program. If you need help yaking the first step, I...
i take hydrocodone s chedule 111 for severe back pain. now the va says the goverment has ordered it too schedule. will this be a lot weaker? thank you ## Hello, Frank! How are you? No, the schedule a medication is listed on just designates who can prescribe it, why it can be prescribed, how much can be prescribed, whether or not it can have refills on it and etc. But has nothing to do with its efficacy and potency. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
My Son was given Deloden when he was in hospital for gallbladder. He became belligerent, had hallcinattions and was hard to deal with. Could this be a allergic reaction with his other pain meds of just a side effect of the drug? ## Hello, Maggie! How are you and your son? The actual name of the medication is Dilaudid, it contains the active ingredient Hydromorphone, it is a very potent narcotic and can sometimes cause those types of side effects in some people that take it. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
My family Dr. like many others no longer prescribe pain meds for chronic ,long term patients. as a result of a bad car accident I have a broken back in two places a replaced shoulder and ruined hips. I don't like going to the pain clinics but will if that's the only way to get relief. Ide rather find a family/general practitioner who I can stay with.. Thanks for any suggestions for a understanding Doctor. ## PCPs can no longer prescribe such medications on a long-term ongoing basis, thus a pain management specialist is your only option. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Can anyone suggest a good doctor in that area? Have you tried asking your cur...
I used to buy these at Sam's Club, in a 2 pack of bottles with 150 caplets in each. I need to know if there is anywhere else I can get them packaged that way, or it least 1 bottle. In lieu of that, where can I buy them in the largest quantity? Per my Doctor's approval, I have to take them 3 times a day, all the time, and packs of 12, or even 24 tablets get really expensive, not to mention aggravating to open for my "senior arthritic fingers". ## Hello, Lillian! How are you? The only way you'll be able to purchase a quantity sufficient to take that many a day, now, is if your doctor writes a prescription for them. Such medications are purchase restricted to prevent their abuse. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, irritability, insomnia and nervousness. Is ther...
i just had surgery four months ago and they dont feel like it well what i was getting just want to know ## Hello, Jashelle! How are you? This tablet contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is just an over the counter generic or store brand of Tylenol. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have terrible stomach aches and mouth sores which my entire tounge is starting to turn white. It is painful on my tounge and in my throat and ears. If I scrape it off it bleeds. Besides that I am getting great pain relief from the stluff! Is there any way I can get hold of the old oxycontins or another formulation? As to the original Oxycontin, no, it is no longer being manufacturer. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such ...
I'm hoping someone out there could help me. I'm in need of a good pain management doctor in ne pa who also isn't afraid to write scripts for pain meds. I have medical problems so i'm in chronic pain. Please help me ## Hello, Kelly! How are you? Due to the regulations that were put in place last year, all doctors must be cautious about the prescriptions they write and why they write them, otherwise, they risk losing their license to practice medicine, as well as possible fines and jail time. Do you currently have a PCP that you see regularly? If so, having them refer you to someone will likely be the easiest way to get the help you need. Can anyone suggest a good doctor in that area?
