(I have had the experience on other timew but the opposite happened. I did well on it...Helped me quit smoking in a few days Took it again 5 yrs later and had bad side effects) Lyrica can and Does make you have suicidal thoughts and actions. Is Tramadol a controlled substance, or is there any type of narcotic in them? I would really appreciate any reply. I would like to know ASAP if possible. It has been subscribed to my 16 year old son and I would like to know about the drug as soon as I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! Hope to hear from someone real soon. Thanks again! ## I was recently given Tramadol and was surprised by all the labels on the bottle for a non-narcotic medication. Supposedly it is NOT a narcotic medication. I asked my friend if she's ever heard of it and she said she gave it to her 12 year old daughter for a full year with no side effects. ## I was browsing this web site for info on another drug out of my usual practice domain and ran across your question. Since I use thi...
I am looking for a Primary Care doctor who will prescribe Norco in the Sacramento area. I don't take them often, just when the pain becomes too intense. My doctor stopped prescribing them, sends his patients to Pain Management. I am taking expired pills and they work well, but eventually I will run out of them. Thank you. ## The only thing you can really do is set up an appointment with a new doctor, make sure they receive a copy of your medical records, and talk to them about the issue, in person, at your appointment. However, do not ask about a controlled substance over the phone, via text message, email, or etc. Doing so can be seen a being drug seeking behavior, and most doctors will just say no, and refuse to see you. The FDA warns that Norco carries the risk of being habit for...
2 months ago i had taken a xanax a day before i had to see my sub doc (i know stupid but i thought my world was ending). i told him the truth though, and he said we can get past it. But the next month (last month) he told me i tested positive for dilaudid! This has been eating me alive because i wear my sobriety as a badge and i was ashamed i had taken a xanax. I argued with him but he wouldn't explain. I had looked up the xanax to be careful. Also they had given me a mouth swab test instead of urine that day and i had a sub in my mouth. Can some one please help me figure this out?
Updated in DilaudidI have used this product for many years and I am glad that I bought a lot of it a few years ago. I have come to my last one and I need it more now than ever. I hope that I can find it somewhere. It is Eucalyptamint Ointment 16% Menthol. CVS and WAlgreens in North Myrtle S.C. ordered it for me in 2012. Where can I get it now ? ## There are many products available over the counter that use menthol for topical pain relief, it is simply a matter of looking for them, and finding one close to that concentration. You can ask your pharmacist, and they should be able to help you find something effective. The side effects of these topical analgesics may include skin redness, irritation, itching, and dryness, according to FDA reports. Alternatively, you could ask your doctor about prescribing some...
My Dr. has switched my from Hysingla ER 60mg/daily (taken for 2 years) to 25 mcg/Fentanyl 1/every 3 days patch for a short time while I go through a tumor extraction in the rectal cavity. having to be on serious laxitives and bowel prep for the evaluations have left me with little to no pain meds in my system and the onset of withdrawl symptoms. Anyway I'm 24 hours on this new patch and Sometimes I feel okay but mostly in pain that I wasn't when on Hysingla. Am I getting adequate dosage, does it take awhile to help? Also take Cymbalta 60mg 1/daily and Nuerotin 30mg/ 2 daily ## The laxatives are depleting in your body of the opioid more quickly because that's what laxatives do, they clean you out, especially toxins, which can be a huge reason many people have constipation. Ho...
I am trying to identify a pill that is white oval and A322 on one side. ## Hello, Baby! How are you? Is the marking possibly A 332? If so, then this tablet contains 7.5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a narcotic analgesic that carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. (NDC 0228-2982) Can you please double check and post back? Thanks! ## Can I please see a picture of the oval white 7.5mg oxycodone ## Is a white round pill with 322 on it Percocet?
Been on this for years and again these 2172 are not the same. They must differ in someplace. I get nauseous from them. After taking them almost 20 years there has to be something off here or I wouldn't feel this way. I can take a 10/660 Watson be fine and take a 5/325 2172 and within 30 min I want to vomit! ## Well, you are mentioning 2 different dosages, the pill with the 2172 marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is distributed by Major Pharmaceuticals. NDC: 00904-6567 So, if you are used to taking a higher dose, such as the other you've mentioned, then you may be experiencing some withdrawal effects, which may include nausea, headache, vomiting, rebound pain, and sedation, according to FDA reports. Was your dosage supposed to be changed?
Thin yellow round pill with a capital e and the number 40 on the back w. No scores ## This is a 40mg Opana ER tablet, it is a narcotic analgesic that contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone in a time released formulation. Learn more Opana details here. Where did you find it? ## Was wonder what this little yellow circle pill with Novo above a line an 40 below on one side of this pill?? ## How can I know forsure that these yellow round pills called oxymorphone
Found these pills outside on the sidewalk. What are they? ## These are Acetaminophen (generic Tylenol) 325mg. Manufacturer is not listed on the label. The distributor is Geri-Care Pharmaceuticals Corp,1650 - 63rd St., Brooklyn NY 11204. (GC=GeriCare) NDC is 57896-102. Inactive Ingredients: - Povidone - Sodium Starch Glycolate Type a Potato - Starch, Corn -Stearic Acid - Crospovidone - Methylparaben - Propylparaben Source: DailyMed ## I've tried looking for these for a few days now, since first seeing your post, but I am just not finding them listed anywhere. My biggest suspicion is that they are something that's available over the counter, which would explain their not being listed in any of the prescription drug databases that I checked. Does anyone else recognize these?
I think it is a dam shame that there isn't concrete information about self detox.as far as morphine to suboxone my dr put me on oxy for a week and on subs after the week within a month I was off everything I started with a half of a strip of suboxone 2 weeks later a quarter and so on so maybe it was 6 weeks It's all about the money for pharmacy pain mgmt it's a shame but when you have chronic pain I guess your only option is to become an addict Find a good dr who will detox you I did detox but I'm back on pain Meds fetynal patch supposedly you build up a tolerance ## Unfortunately, there really isn't, and never will be, any definitive concrete self-detox instructions, because we are all different, so what works for one person, might not work for another. Fentanyl is ...
It is blue but white inside. I never saw this before. Is it real or could it be fake? What should I do to find out what it is? ## Did you ever find out if it was real or not? I've got some that are thick with the same imprint but blue outside and white inside. I was curious if they are real and safe to take. Did you try yours or find out any information at all? ## Many tablets can be different colors on the inside, than they are on the outside. It depends on whether or not the manufacturer uses some type of coating, which can be done to help prevent stomach irritation, or as part of a time release mechanism, and etc. There is a light blue tablet with an M in a box on one side, and a 30 on the other that is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and which is listed a containing...
I was taking oxycodone for break through pain and MS Contin for long acting relief. Recently my NP at the pain clinic told me that oxy is no longer being given to patients because of the Obama Care crackdown on narcotic abuse. This medication is important for those of us that have chronic pain. I have been in 2 car accidents and have spinal stenosis, 3 bulging disks and nerve damage in my left leg. Working is difficult but necessary right now. Please help me find someone! ## Preventing narcotic abuse has been an issue of importance, long before the Affordable Care Act, and persists, regardless of what insurance coverage someone does, or doesn't have. My husband and I have private insurance, through his employer, and we still have to deal with all the same regulations regarding such ...
i have been taking percocets 7.5/325 for severe chronic neck pain for some time now. i guess i have been lucky and have been given a different brand from my pharmacy for a long time. just recently i received some from the manufacture camber. im not sure whats in them but i know whats NOT...an actual pain reliever...they are actually making my teeth itch and my eyes burn. i have stopped taking them and will be going to my pharmacy tomorrow to demand some from a different manufacture...im not that impressed with activis but since they bought out watson they will have to do until i can find another...it has to be some kind of allergic reaction to one or more of the fillers used besides the fact that they DO NOT work at all... ## Hi Steve, Sorry to hear about your situation. From what I can...
My pill for hydrocodone 10/325. Is white, oblong and had 3601*v imprinted on it. Just got it from Walmart. Is this the correct pill? I am used to taking the yellow oblong. ## Yeah I got mine today and to my surprise they were white not yellow but very similar except for the white is V 3609 and the yellow is V 3601. I was dissapointed because I hate the white ones no matter what brand. I hope they don't stopped making the yellow like watson did. Now they serve u watson 853 in white! ## Many people here on MedsChat are saying the same thing about these V 3609 white pills being less effective. I think Post #1 is right about the white ones lacking efficacy all across the board from one manufacturer to the next. I've noticed a growing trend in action - Actavis's generic norco for...
What is a white oblong pill imprinted WATSON 325 with a line in the middle of the back? ## yellow oblong pill with watson 10/325 line on other side ## In regards to the original post, that tablet has been asked about several times and I'm sorry, but at this time I am still unable to find an identification. It may be due to the late time that I am seeing these posts, it could've been something that has been removed from the market in the intervening years and is no longer available. However, I will keep looking and post an update, if I find anything on it. As to the bottom tablet with the WATSON 10/325 marking, I am actually not 100% certain, since I can't find anything in the various databases to confirm it, but these are reported to be an equivalent to Norco from a foreign ...
What is the difference between Norco, Percocet and Lortab? I have a script for all three. I have cancer and wondered which one is the strongest. I don't need all three pain meds if one is better than the other. Thank you. ## Hey CLM, the Norco and Lortab both contain the active ingredient hydrocodeine so basically the same medicine just different brand name. Unless they are a different dose 5/325 vs 10/325 then they are the exact same medication. Percocet contains oxycodone as the active narcotic and is stronger than the other two you mentioned. One may work better than the other for you personally but Percocet is the stronger of them. I hope this helps and the best of luck! ## Sorry for the typo, norco and lortab contain hydrocodone ## Lortab, and Norco both contain Acetaminophen, ...
In the 80s I lacerated my liver resulting in heavy internal bleeding. I was given a blood transfusion and contracted HEP C and HIV. I now also have spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease (bone on bone), sciatica, severe pains in my feet and legs, spasms, and I walk w/ a cane from falling. At P/T I leaned on an inversion table which was straight up an down, my feet whipped over my head, all my weight slammed onto my neck.I already had a herniated disc in my neck, now I can't move. And I also have bulging discs throughout back. (Chronic Pain Syndrome) The pain is disabling, much more so from the HIV. I have an internal doctor basically handling all... HIV MEDS and blood. But they can't prescribe for Chronic Pain Syndrome due to new laws from the NYSCDC in N.Y. ## Have you r...
I have a pill that's similar to tcl 340 oxycodone. It's not the same pill but has the same imprint. The image on the internet is not the same tcl image on the pill. It's also not the same shape. What could it be? ## The tablet with the TCL 340 marking is manufactured by Time-Cap Labs and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic, or store brand of Tylenol, it does not and never has contained Oxycodone. (NDC Code: 49483-340) The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. As to the differences in the tablets, it is not likely that anyone would fake Tylenol, but then again, who can say what some people might do in the interest of making a dollar or two. Are you sure that is the correct imprint on the tablet in q...
CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO KEEP THE PATCH FROM COMING OFF AFTER SECOND DAY ? I SHOWER A COUPLE TIMES A DAY AND ON THE SECOND DAY THE PATCH WON'T STAY ON.THEN YOU USE MORE THAN WHAT IS PERSCRIBED AND YOU RUN OUT OF PATCHES AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY WON'T PAY FOR ANY MORE THAN PERSCRIBED, THEN COMES WITHDRAWAL? ## The information I received with my patches indicate that the patch should not get wet. I have the same problem. In reading other post, there is a clear cover that can be obtained to protect the patch from water. I have not researched for any sourses, but will soon. I will contact you again if I find a resonable sourse, unless I see another post answers your question. This drug scares me, I have expereniced the DT's with much weaker drugs, and I would not wish that 10 ...
