Being weaned off of fentanyl. Just need to talk to others about it. I've dropped down from 100 to 75 it's been a month. Sometimes I have no appetite for days at a time. Now my whole body is aching really bad. I was put on this after I had sugery on my cervical spine and after I found out later that my back was just as bad and I couldn't stand the pain. They started me on a low dose and increased until I was doing ok. I just want to mentally feel good again. ## I am so sorry about what you're going through. i am currently on the methadone clinic am only on 27mg and am in the process of getting off, been sobber for 8yrs. had a surgery yesterday and well I was still half asleep from the anisthia the nurse asked if I was in pain said yes she was supposed to give me an Ibuprofen and she gave me dilaudid, didnt realize this until I was discharged.... she got in trouble because it stated on my chart on wanted ibuprofen. is the m365 pill a norco? and is considered a vicodin ## Okay, Norco and Vicodin are both name brands for a medication that contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, which is a narcotic analgesic. The tablet in question, with the M 365 marking, is a generic that contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Are there any other questions or comments? ## Has me confused. Can someone please tell me if one of the 5mg oxycodones without Tylenol is equal to a percocet 10mg? Is it stronger or weaker and would it only take one to equal the equivalent of a perk 10 or 2 of the oxycodone 5mg ## Hi Julie, To answer your question, 5mgs of Oxycodone quite simply does NOT equate to 10mgs of Oxycodone + 325mgs of Tylenol found in Percocet. Usually when people abbreviate the term "perk 10" this means that it contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and nothing less. So even without the Tylenol it would still be stronger than 5mgs of the same substance. I hope this makes sense! ## Simple math here....5<10 same active ingredient.

Okay everybody, Mellinckrodt is the Chinese cheap pill that is like taking powder. If you are getting this pill you are getting ripped off and that is that. Watson is good but the reality is rarely will you get something that is what it says it is unless it is a pharmaceutical non generic pain killer period. The feds hate the drug and all pain killers and the FDA don't give a s*** so maybe you get a good batch in your prescription refill or you don't. That will depend on what pharmacy you fill your prescription from.

Follow up of 02/28 post. Original pill marked A 333. Wife back to dentist this AM. Swelling along side of tooth/gum after root canal. Took new prescription for Percocet 10-325 back to same CVS. They have nothing in stock other than the A 333 pill that we had already found to be impotent and reported it to Head Pharmacist. Went to another Pharmacy and they filled with white oval shaped pill identified as M523 on one side and 10/325 on the other. Potency and effectiveness confirmed by wife within 20 minutes after first pill. She managed to catch up on several hours lost sleep. Pill marked A 333 not potent 10/325 Percocet alternative. In one of the chats someone was saying APAP stood for Acetaminophen & Propoxyphene, which makes sense considering the initials, and in all your other answers you say APAP stands for Acetaminophen (only). Why have you dropped the Propoxyphene from your other answers & what the heck is Propoxyphene anyway? My doctor has perscribed me Amoxycillin for a tooth infection which is caused by my wissdom tooth. How long until it will start to kick in? I have been taking panadol for 3 days now although i only started my dose of antibiotics yesterday and am keen to see an improvement as i am in quite a bit of pain. ## Amox is an antibiotic which treats the infection and not the pain. All though it may feel better once the infection clears it may not stop the pain. You should see your Dentist who can prescribe pain killers and give you guidance on how to treat the problem to permanently stop the pain.

I am prescribed both the immediate release 15 mg, and the time release 30 mg morphine pills. I have a very high tolerance to opioids and have been gradually increasing my doses over time. I have never gotten the euphoria or lethargy that others claim. I have applied for a job, and they stated that, even if prescribed, they will not hire anyone with a dirty u/a for opioids in the preemployment drug test. My last dose was a 15 mg yesterday morning and my UA is scheduled for Monday. I've been taking roughly 120 mg a day for 3 months. Will I be clean in time for my test? Thank you.

I've been taking oxy 10 and/or norco 10 a min of 130 per month. Off and on for 5 yrs. I was blood tested at work and it came back 6x my prescribed limit. However, because i had a script I was able to maintain my job. My husband passed away last February he was only 38 years old. Originally from what had happened we assumed that he had a heart attack. The other day I received the autopsy report and according to it he had a toxic level of tramadol. My question is, how many tramadol at 50mg each would he have had to of taken to be toxic? I drink plenty water but I cannot donate plasma until its out of my system even though they were prescribed to me. ## Hi neicy, From what I've been reading, the active ingredients in Tylenol 3 may take anywhere from two to four days to leave your system. Unfortunately this is only intended to be an estimate, so I can't say for sure how accurate that time frame may be. If you wanna be on the safe side, it seems like your best bet would probably be to just wait it out for at least a few days after your last dose. This should allow for enough time to help your body detox from it in other ways too.
