Hi, I've been taking norco 10/325 for a couple of years now for fibromyalgia and chronic back pain, tendonitus and siatica. I'm prescribed 90/month. But my pain is not being managed. I have high tolerance I guess., but im afraid to ask my dr. if he will prescribe 120 a month because 3 a day is just not cutting it at all. but i dont want him to get mad at me. Is he even allowed to prescribe more than 90 a month? or what is something that maybe lasts longer than the norco does? I found a pill that is round, brown/cream color & no imprint. Any ideas? ## With no imprint I can say that it is definitely NOT codeine manufactured in the US. Basically all drugs manufactured here are required to carry unique markings so that they can be easily identified. With that said, it could very well be an over the counter supplement, or perhaps even something from overseas. All in all I'd say to dispose of it. Safety first! Or if you want to spend a hefty amount of $$ you can pay a lab to analyze it, but I doubt that'd be worth your time. Hope this helps! I've been having lower back pain for 6 years I have numbness in my legs and very bad neck pain. Also I have pain and headaches from a car wreck, it sounds like stick breaking when I turn my head. Live n craplahoma, and need the closest doctors who will still give me narcotic painmeds. Used to taking endocet, oxycodone...have run the gauntlet tho. I'm not a junky. I've recently failed the urine test for long lasting medacations.I take 40 mg's of KKADIAN,20mg's 2 times a day.I also take TRAMADOL 50mg's 2 times a day,as well as AMRIX ER 30 mg's one time per day.This is a workers comp case,and the urine test say's that I don't take the medication as directed.I take these medications as directed,and 2 urine tests came back with a negitive reading,for the long lasting meds in the system,I can be charged with fraud for negitive results.So if I take the medication as directed why are the numbers so low ??? 2 times this has happened !!! why are the long lasting result nombers so low when I follow directions. the numbers are in the 200 range when they should be in the 1200 range?? I am posting this hoping that it will keep someone from an emergency ride to the ER. I have had prostatitis for weeks. Tylenol combined with naproxin have not been very effective in controlling the pain. Last night I decided to try some oxycodone left over from a 2007 back surgery. It has been stored at room temp. in a dark drawer. It smelled normal. To be “conservative” I cut a 5/325 oxycodone into four pieces and only took 1/4 of the pill. Thirty minutes later I was feeling awful and my blood pressure had shot up to 210/118. I had a rapid heart rate and it was pounding. Later, I was having chills and uncontrollable shaking. Please explain how fentanyl showed up in my urine 3 weeks after using it? ## How do I prevent this from happening again? ## Try dipping urine cup into toilet to scoop up abit of water. Works for oxys and percs. I've nvr ever abused therfore I do want it showing up. But with working with enough methadone patients I've heard alot about this little trick. Just wondering why you'd need help. If it's been 3 wks. Then who knows how long since ur post. Is there a reason why u don't want it showing up. Are u on methadone or something. If you are. How long will it take to get the pain meds of fentanyl patch 75 mcg and oxycodone at least 40 mg to 60 mg daily, out of my system? It has already been 5 days and I am amazed that I am not sicker. I do feel bad enough but nothing like I know it should be. This was not a planned situation. I live in a remote area and just could not get to a place to purchase my meds. I have used oxycodone since 2006 for pain management after a fall. As many as you are prescribed. If this doesn't work you should discuss with your PCP and possibly change to oxycodone 5/325. Even though the amount of aspirin (325mg) is lower than others too much can have adverse effects on your liver and kidneys. For several years, I have been taking morphine ir 30mg and Hydrocodone 10/325 , both four times per day, as prescribed. . . what would withdrawl syptoms be ? I took 1 10/325 on dec 25 will it show upoin a urine test on dec 29. I have been taking Ultram 50 mg 2 tabs 4 times/day + Lyrica 150 mg twice/day for years for not only almost every vertebrae in my neck & back being herniated with impinged nerves, spinal stenosis, degenerative spine disease & scoliosis, but also severe fibromyalgia & osteoarthritis (mostly in the knees & ankles. I had a spinal cord implant last year, but even though it does help, it just doesn't do the entire trick for me. My doctor tried switching the Lyrica for Cymbalta, but I developed Serotonin Syndrome & didn't sleep the entire week I was on it.
