I have been on suboxone for 2 years now for opioid dependency . Yesterday I saw an oral surgeon who pulled my bottom teeth for dentures. The surgeon peracribed talwin for the pain. Will this have any side affects taken with my suboxone, and or will it even work. I'm afraid I'll be sent into withdrawals or still be in pain. I usually get sixty 5mg hydrocodone a month. Well this month when I went in I had a UTI so needed an antibiotic. My Dr messed up and gave me the amount of 30, that she was supposed to give of the antibiotic as my hydrocodone amount and then gave me 60 antibiotics instead of 60 hydrocodone. Well, I got my medications filled and my pharmacist tells me that she gave me 60 Bactrim and thought that was strange and asked me if I knew why and all I knew was I had a bad UTI. It still didn't make sense to her that I was given that many. Well, I got home and realized the mistake. I called my Dr office and they saw the mistake and I have to go back and get the other part of my pain medicine prescription. Tan round pill with wpi 3030 on it with a small hole in between the 3030, can someone please tell me what this is? ## Hydromorphone 16mg extended release ## I see that "WPI 3630" is identified as a 16mg hydromorphone HCL extended release tablet made by Watson, but the particular imprint in question refers to "3030", not "3630". Any clarification on that? If it's of any help though, the color of the WPI 3630 pill is reported to be yellow; whilst the thread description denotes theirs as being tan. I also find it odd that WPI 3030 doesn't come up under any search engine results. So for anyone seeking more specific details it may be that you may have to contact Watson (Actavis) directly.

I whent to the hospital last night and they gave me a L 371 pill I don't no much about pills ## The pill was white, oblong L371 Imprinted on it ## Hi Jessica, Generally this type of imprint denotes an over the counter drug, with the letter L followed by three random digits. However I haven't been able to locate any matches on my end. The closest relevant pill imprint has a marking of L374 and this is also a white oblong pill - Containing a combination of Acetaminophen 250mg + Aspirin 250mg + Caffeine 65mg. If it's of any help, the manufacturer who makes these "L xxx" pills is Perrigo Company. You could try contacting them directly for more specific details as to what your pill might be. Super scared , been on Fentonyl for 3 months weened from 75 mcg to 25 mcg..... Also take oxycodone 5 - 10hcl IR ...... They ( a new dr) just put me on something called Hysingla ? Said it was hydrocodone? 60 mg 24 hrs....told me just to take off my fentanyl patch and take pill only once s day .... I have terrible GI issues , that's why I'm on the meds.... It's very very small, and it is pinkish-salmonish. I also see a few marble type splotches that are a little whitish. It has a P on one side, nothing on the other. I tried putting a small piece on my tongue, it has a chalky, very mildly bitterness to it. I was informed that they may be dilaudid... but when i google it, all of the small pinkish pills have a P on one side, with a 2 on the other... since the ones i have don't have a 2 on the other side i was wondering if these are actually dilaudid, and if maybe they are just generic ones which is why there is no 2?? Or is this something completely different?.. I have had them for about a week now and have really wanted to figure this out.

I found a bottle in my daughters room with light blue round pill with nothing on one side the other side has a symbol similar to € with one line on the E (score mark) | 7. ## Hi Peaches, Based on the description provided, I have a hunch that this may be a 15mg Oxycodone HCL tablet made by Epic Pharma. However, their product is depicted as being green in color (perhaps different batches vary?). They also have a round blue pill with E | 8 that is a 30mg Oxycodone HCL tablet. You can run a google search for "Epic Pharma E logo" to get an idea of what their letter "E" looks like. I see that it has the same type of curvature as what you noted. I hope this helps!

One is round, has NL 327 imprinted on one side, orangish/brown. the other is round one side scored into fourth's with a ..Z..C..0..2 one number or letter in each square. I was dumb and ingested a Fentanyl patch. I am wondering how long it stays in your system for? ## You're just not too smart. I take 60 mgs of oxydone 2x day..dr recently added 10 mg opana er...omg...he sd its stronger...it will help you. ..bull sh#@! Its like candy only no happy ending....it doesn't even take away withdrawals! What should i do!???? ## No, 10mgs of Opana is only equivalent to 20mgs of Oxycodone, so it is not stronger in this dosage. You'd need 30mgs of it to be equivalent to each 60mgs of Oxycodone that you were taking.
