I took a recent drug test and it showed a small amount of oxymorphone. I take hydromorphone and morphine er, plus xanax. This clinic is about to have its doors locked, and I am looking for another, but i do not want to have this on my record since for 15 years I have always had a clean, or correct, drug test. ## We admonish these hectic agencies working the game. The tests feed them.

I've been on morphing 15 mg for 9 years at 4 times a day . witch would equal to 60 MG's. A day and now they decided to put me on 30 milligrams time release twice a day . is this still the same thing or different and how ## Hello, Blackbetty! How are you? The time released can give some people better pain control, since it is slowly released over the 12 hour dosing period. That is the only difference. And no, you can't cut or break them, because that could cause you to get too much of the medication, at once. They must be swallowed whole. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ##...

I have 2 different hydrocodone pills. The first one is hydrocodone/acetaminophen 5/325 mg & stamped M365 & was given for a hysterectomy. The 2nd bottle is hydrocodone/APAP 5/325 mg & stamped 360+ & was given for surgery, where they removed a kidney due to a benign mass. This pill has red specs on it. Wondering what, if any, difference there is. I called the pharmacy & they assured me that it was just a different manufacturer. Could you please clarify it for me? Thank you! ## Hello, Terry! How are you? Your pharmacy was correct, and to be more precise the one with the 360 on it actually contains a higher amount of Hydrocodone, the manufacturer Mallinckrodt lists it as containing 7.5mgs of it, coupled with the 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that this medication...

## Would you please send me all the information on Ultram? Side effects, usage and symptoms.. ## CAN YOU PLEASE SEND ME SOME PICTURES ON ULTRAM ## Ultram Information ## As to pictures, Ultram is a name brand for the drug Tramadol, there are, literally, thousands of Pharmaceutical Companies that manufacture generic version of drugs after they have been released from their proprietary patent. Therefore, it is impossible to provide you will pictures of all possible Ultram pills in existence. There no guidelines that require all drugs with the same active ingredients to all look the same. The color, shape and size are all up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer. The only regulations from the FDA require that all drugs manufactured and/or sold in the US must have unique imprints for iden...

My doctor switched me from morphine 40 mg ER to 10/325 norco and he said I could take one tonight around the time I would take my morphine. My question is, has the morphine wore off enough to take the norco without causing problems? ## Hello, David! How are you? It is always best to follow your doctor's advice and it is normal to just switch them out, as they instructed. I was changed from hydrocodone 10-325 to oxycodone 10 -325. The hydrcodone always showed in my blood tests but through a DNA pharmaceutical screening I was told that I didn't metabolize it well and was changed to oxycodone and all the sudden it did not show in my blood work. I have been accused of not taking my medication! It was stopped and I have been suffering for four months now! I'm really trying to research this because my pcp says it was questioned by a pain management dr that said, I couldn't be taking my meds. I have a failed fusion in my spine from the T-10 to the L-2, I'm diabetic, I have fibromyalgia, spondilosis L-4 and L-5, arthritis in all above and below the surgical areas of my spine. I have gout and chronic kidney problems, I have a large hyaddle hernia...

I am prescribed Norco 10 milligrams 5 times a day + Klonopin 1 milligram twice a day + Amoxicillin 500 milligrams 3 times a day + Prednisone 20 milligrams 3 times a day + Zoloft 200 milligrams once a day. Would any of this cause a false positive for THC?

Been on 10/325 yellow percocet. I refill at Safeway. They gave me ip 204. What is the difference? I don't get the same relief from the IP 204. They said that is what Safeway is going with. I am stuck with these pills. What can I do? ## Hi doris, IP 204 is a generic form of percocet, made by Amneal Pharma. It also contains a dosage of 10/325 mg. If there are any notable differences between this and the yellow version you're used to taking, I'd say it would probably be found in the list of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers)... No yellow dye for example. Just for the record here is a list of inactive ingredients found in the IP 204 pill: silicon dioxide + crospovidone + magnesium stearate + microcrystalline cellulose + povidone + corn starch + stearic acid There's also ...

If I take tramadol for pain, does that show up in urine tests for opiates? ## Tramadol is a opiate agonist and a central nervous system agent. This means that it acts on the same areas of the body (the same cellular receptors) as opiates (such as morphine and codiene, which are narcotics). As a result, tramadol has some of the same affects as opiates (such as pain reduction), but apparently is not as potent, from what I've heard. I think because of this, it could show up as opiates on a drug test; especially since many of the cheaper standardized tests cannot differentiate between drug class vs drug name, etc. I do not have personal experience undergoing a test for it, so I can only speak based on what I've read or heard about this drug. But I do hope this helps! ## if my girlfr...

i receive oxycodone on a monthly basis for severe pain, i have not had one (10/325mg) in 3 weeks, if i take one tonite and one in the morning will my urine show up positive tomorrow morning when i see the doctor??? ## It probably will, but there could be another problem that you may run into. On most of these tests, the doctors aren't just checking for the presence of the drug in question, but they also check the levels of it. When you are prescribed a certain dosage, at a certain frequency, your levels should fall within a certain range and anything that falls outside of that range can alert them to a problem. Too high can mean that someone is abusing their medications and too low can mean that someone isn't taking them as prescribed and may be selling them. Are there any other...

Show a picture of the pill. White oblong white with 2172 on front. This for a pain pill Norco 5-325. ## Hi Lola, I don't have a photograph to show you, but you can always verify the tablet through its National Drug Code of 0591-2172 and drug manufacturer, which is Actavis Pharmaceuticals. Just for the record, it's a generic Hydrocodone (5mg) + Acetaminophen (325mg) tablet. How to flush norco out of your body. I need to find a way cause its too steong for me ## Hello, Tammy! How are you? What type of problems did you experience from taking it? The only thing that is really going to help, now, is time. Your body will handle things on its own, depending on how much you've taken, it may take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks. I was given a plain yellow round pill that was supposed to be a new oxycodone 15 that can't be abused but it has no imprint codes or markings at all. Is this what it is? ## Hello, Cj! How are you? No, that is most likely something available over the counter, though there could be a small chance that is some type of foreign medication. Under current FDA law, all prescription tablets must have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. The only exception would be for medications specially ordered by a doctor and done by a compounding pharmacy, which would be in capsules. The ones that are available from Purdue that have the abuse deterrent feature all have markings, they use OP on them and then the number of the dosage on the opposite side and the 15mg table...

In an announcement on August 31 (2016), the FDA declared that they are adding Boxed Warnings to the drug labeling of prescription opioid and benzodiazepene medications. They are urging health care professionals to limit combining such drugs to cases where alternative treatments are not adequate. For cases when taking both types of medications is deemed necessary, doctors are urged to limit the dosages and duration of each drug to the minimum possible for the desired effect. After conducting and reviewing several studies, the FDA has found serious risks in combining central nervous system (CNS) depressants. Namely, a high instance of slowed or difficulty breathing (and even deaths) when opioids and benzodiazepenes are taken together. This warning also applies to patients taking opioid co...

The doctors don't want to give me the acedamentaphon, I keep telling them besides the neck and back problems I have pancreas and diverticulitus problems and the act. helps with the diaraherra causes by those two problems. What do I have to do to make them understand. Not to mention the doctor raises his voice and slams his fist on the counter when I tell him I cannot take morphine and he gives me oxycodon, another part of morphine. Three other doctors have told me it is. He swears it is not. ## Oxycodone is not a part of Morphine, it is a completely different opiate narcotic. Thus, it is distantly related to it, but it is not Morphine. Learn more Oxycodone details here. Learn more Morphine details here. I previously was on percocet 10mg one 4 times a day..it was no longer working but due to new state and federal regulations my Dr wouldn't give anything stronger and informed me as of 9/1/2016 would no longer treat pain except with Tylenol #3 or Tylenol #4. Like a i**** I tried Tylenol #4 one every 4 hours.....TERRIBLE PAIN. So I was given a referral to a pain Dr and saw on Monday.. today is Thursday. Started on new RX of ms contin 15mg one every 12 hours.....this is rediculous....PAIN IS HORRENDOUS. Have only slept like 3-4 hours a night since Monday. Been taking tylenol #4 for over 4years. Prior taking tylenol #3 for 11 years, my Dr switched to tylenol #4 due to increased pain level. I take it responsibly, 1/4th at a time with 1/4 Phenergan. Have gone 60 Days aaa self test, no addiction. Must be a rarity. Never have had withdrawal from anything, not even Klonopin taken hrs apart of #4's. ## Not everyone becomes addicted to any given substance, some people are just not prone to it. The main question is whether or not the medication is working for you. The FDA warns that this medication may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. taste like baking soda when i chew them up,,,,i have chewed my pain meds for years and never had pills taste like baking soda ## If you're not getting your prescriptions filled at a licensed pharmacy I would question whether you got taken advantage of with counterfeits. Have you considered getting the pills analyzed by a lab to find out what's in it? Did you receive a prescription bottle with a manufacturer's name or any other pertinent details regarding their origin? My hope for your sake is that they're not poisonous or laced with something. I'd definitely determine what it is you're taking BEFORE chewing it up... even if it means sending it in to a lab and waiting a couple weeks.
