I used to wear fentanyl patches myself 100 mcg. There are two things you should be aware of. The generic brand (as opposed to brand name Duragesic) has been associated with varying inconsistencies. While brand name drug and generics have to be equals in their chemical make-up as mandated by the FDA, the delivery system does not. So please, ask your doc. This drug is ALL about the delivery membrane. Secondly, if you want to spend any time in the sun for any good length of time, you will begin to feel signs of overdose and/or low blood sugar because you will release the drug too rapidly. I have periphial neuropathy my feet hurt all the time nonstop. A friend talked me into trying a few(4) puffs of marijuana and it stopped the pain completely. I live in alabama so it is ilegal. Hi there, i did a urine drug test last night, after taking a myprodol 5 hours before the test. The test was positive for opiates - heroin. I have not touched any herion, and would like to know if the codeine in the myprodol can cause a positive result for opiates??? What and Where is this OCH place they talk about. I see a lot of posts are 3 to 5 years old. Anything current? My husband has been in chronic pain for years and they keep taking MRI's and scans....we really have no clear answer on teh results except they look good!! Then why is he in hellish pain all the time? We have gone to 2 pain management clinics and neither one prescribes pain meds and you have to wait 3 to 6 weeks for an injection appointment! I've been on oxycodone 30's (120) and (240) methadone 10mg for 10 years, then out of nowhere they cut my meds in half. It was the worst time ever to punish me for not going in for an MRI on my back. They have other MRIs from me but I was passing a kidney stone at the time and had Lyme disease messing with every part of my body and brain... Eyes & muscles twitching along with 24/7 joint pain. It was so extreme to mess my body and mind up with awful withdrawals. I wasn't diagnosed with Lyme disease till a year later. Half my vision's gone and I can barely walk in a mall for no more than 10-15 minutes. I find it hard standing to cook or do dishes, as my back goes totally berserk. It's more painful to lie down on my new bed than to sit up and roll my back in downward...

I had my knee surgery yesterday and am on hydrocodone 10/325. It manages pain pretty well but it seems to make me itch. I plan to call the Dr, but would like to know an equivalent pain medicine that I may tolerate better for this? I came across a strange pill and I've been trying to figure out what it is for an hour now. It's small, about the size of a Motrin. It's colour is tan-ish / very light brown. One side is completely smooth with no imprints but the other side has a split and 001 on it. I'm positive it's 001 and not 100 because the 1 has the little "tophat". I took 7 vicodin 7.5/325 in 12 hours today. I didn't know I took that many until I counted when I got home. Kinda freaked out. Should i be worried? Usually I take 2 a few times during the day but not 7. Is this terrible or have people taken more and not caused an acetaminophen overdose or a ton of liver damage? I over worry about s***.

I have been perscribed roxie 15s & 30s for my pain relief for over 4 years now & this is the first time I've ever had a roxie 15 that had the #s 187 on them and even if I get my perscriptions from the pharmacy my self I still check them cause I had a friend that recieved the wrong thing cause the pharnacies are to overly worked that the make mistakes or they don't put the exact amount you're perscribed I've had to count them in the pharmacy cause the time before the gave me 30 pills less then what was perscribed I think all pharmacists need to slow down take their time cause they're over working their selfs to make us happy but in the long run they're not realizeing that by being in a hurry just so we can get our meds & go they're miscounting them...

i am taking the above 2 drugs for the last about two months. I am diabitic for the last about 25 years and with good control over my sugar. I have a sedentary lifestyle. How long I have to take these medicines. I feel sleepy and lazy all the time. ## Which other medication are you taking? You only listed one. You should take the medication as long as your doctor says you need to continue doing so. The NIH lists the typical side effects of Pregabalin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight gain.

I have been taking 325 mg of hydrocodone, only "as needed". A recent trip to hospital & Dr. there gave me a prescription for 15mg morphine. Which one is stronger? Don't think the morphine helps with my pain as much, but it doesn't leave me with a drug "hangover". So, I am assuming hydrocodone is stronger? ## Hello, Sharon! How are you? Hello, first post here, I'm a 19 year old male, I've been doing opiates for a little over two years now, by illegitimate ways, I do have a herniated disc (L4-L5) and a pinched nerve root in my left leg, over the course of the two years I have gone up and down in dosages, ranging from 30mgs a day to now 4-12mgs a day. I have been snorting the medication though. I'm at a point in my life where I want to leave this problem behind and move on with my life, but for some reason there is something holding me back from accomplishing it.
