I have advanced psoriatic arthritis and have had 4 major spine surgeries. Without the drug I the pain would be intolerable. I have taken Hydrocodone for many years yet I don’t feel like I’m addicted. I don’t have any of the symptoms I read others are having. I have had some constipation but that’s controlled. Nausea is controlled easily by just eating before taking the med. No other issues. I’m prescribed 5 a day but only take 3 most days. Most likely unless the government outlaws the drug i’ll be on this the rest of my life due to the pain associated with this and other diseases. Because of this drug I am able to lead a fairly active lifestyle for a 72 year old. From what you read on the Net if you take this you have to be addicted and I just don...

My son who is in recovery has been using Kratom. We performed a 12-panel urine drug test which came back positive for methadone but no opiates. He is not taking any other meds that I know of that would cause a false positive. I’m wondering if anyone has ever had a positive methadone result while using Kratom? ## Just last week my urine drug test showed meth. A false positive. Freaked me out cause I don't do drugs. I was told kratom doesn't show up but evidently it shows up as false positive. Never had that problem before and have been taking for a while now. Very weird. ## How are you 100% sure he hasn’t taken methadone? Kids aren’t honest with their parents. ## There is a parolee who is a client at local suboxone clinic. He has stated he uses kratom and gets c...

My script is labeled "Oxycodone Tab 5mg RHO Generic For Roxicodone 5MG TAB". What does the RHO stand for? ## Hello, Denny! How are you? The RHO is an abbreviation for the manufacturer, Rhodes Pharmaceuticals. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I have three same issue my script use to say oxycodone 15mg Hcl now it says RHO in place of the Hcl. I find it extremely strange. That it all of a sudden changed ## I was told rho was that it didn't have Ibprofein which to much of that is not good for your liver. so the rho doesnt have additives that could give you liver trouble. I get my blood checked all the t...

is it true that endocet10-325 is no longer available, and if so why? ## Hi Thomas, If you run a google search for "Endocet Discontinued", you'll find that various websites do actually list Endocet as being discontinued; however they do not offer any specific reasons as to why. That said, I can't say for certain that it truly is discontinued, otherwise I think it would say so under normal Endocet search results. Some pharmacies may have stopped prescribing it due to the higher dose of Oxycodone, but it might be best to just ask the pharmacy directly if they are carrying it. I hope this helps! ## It has been increasingly difficult to fill my monthly prescription for Endocet, and now it is totally unavailable. It would cost me over $800.00 per month for Percocet, and when I...

A Dr prescribed this to my husband in Mexico for a hip pain that he's been having, but he's been working for a year at a company that gives drug panels. He had a prescription given to him here which is hydrocodone. Will he have any issues with his employer? ## Hello, Mar! How are you? No, Ardosons doesn't contain anything he'd need to worry about. The FDA lists the active ingredients as including Indomethacin, Betamethasone and Methocarbamol, which in order are a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, a steroid and a muscle relaxant. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, weight gain, acne and drowsiness. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Will I fail a drug panel (hair follicle or a U/A) while taking Ardos...

My pain Dr.had me on 30mg. of morphine sulfate 3 times per day & switched me to 50 mcg. Fentanyl patches at 1 every 3 days. The morphine was keeping me up at night & did'nt seem to ease the pain.Second day on the patch & it does'nt stop the pain either any suggestions will be truely appreciated..Thanx ## I don't have an exact answer to your question, since everyone responds differently to both of these medications (based on tolerance, etc). However, according to numerous articles, Fentanyl is said to be approximately 100 times more potent than Morphine, with 100 micrograms of Fentanyl approximately equivalent to 10 mg of Morphine in analgesic activity (or in regards to pain relief). I hope this information helps! ## You need to give it a little time. I am on 75 ev...

I got a DUI and had taken both lortab and oxycodone. They took my blood. Do they show up differently? And do they show levels? Also I took Valium, I am sure a lot. Again, does the blood test show levels? ## I have taken loratabs 7.5 for 2 years for chronic back pain and I take 1 four times a day. I do not sell them or give them away but my past 2 drug test have come back negative. I do not understand and the drs release me as a patient because of the strict drug laws they have to go by but all I want to know is why the drug test would come back negative but the drs don't seem to care, they think I am lying but God as my witness I am not. can u help me. ## What was your results? I'm going through the samething ## I'm sorry,I'm a nurse ,u don't get a false neg.result i...

I am 43 years old and one month pregnant. Can I take flustat? ## Based on my research, Flu-Stat Capsules contain the following active ingredients: (Acetaminophen + Caffeine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylephrine Hydrochloride + Vitamin C). When it comes to pregnancy, it's usually best to discuss which drugs are safe with your doctor first, in case he or she has special instructions outside of the norm. However from what I could gather, Acetaminophen is believed to be safe in pregnancy when used intermittently for short durations. Chlorpheniramine and Phenylephrine on the other hand are only recommended for use during pregnancy when benefits outweigh risk. For reasons like this I would also suggest getting a second opinion from your doctor. I don't think you can ever be too s...

I don't think these are real. They r supposed to be 80mg oxycodone. They are white with no markings at all. Come in packs of ten. ## Hi Joel, Based on your description, I honestly don't believe these are real either. Not just because they're foreign, but since they don't have any markings whatsoever, it could literally be anything from A to Z. It might be a good idea to try and get your money back if you're able to. Depending on what form of payment you used, there are certain companies like paypal that offer some degree of buyer protection... but to what extent, I don't know. Does any part of the product labeling happen to list the name of a manufacturer by chance? ## Maybe they are oxycontin, which doesnt do crap for me and they are the easy meds to get ## Yes ...

Male 210lbs - takes whatever whenever, but is taking over a dozen hydrocodone-apap 10mg/325mg pills in 24 hours. Is that bad? What's bound to happen?...What if he takes oxycodone 15mg also? ## Hello, From what I am seeing, daily consumption of hydrocodone should not exceed 40 milligrams in patients not tolerant to opiates. The PDR from 2006 states that Norco 10, containing 10 milligrams of hydrocodone and 325 mg of APAP (Acetaminophen) can be taken at a dosage of up to twelve tablets per day (120 mg of hydrocodone). This restriction is only limited by the fact that twelve tablets, each containing 325 mg of APAP (Acetaminophen), puts the patient right below the 24-hour FDA maximum of 4,000 mg of APAP. Some specially compounded products are routinely given to chronic pain patients in ...

If she takes lyrica will the gabapentin prevent it from showing on a drug test because they are from the same base or will the lyrica show up independent of the gabapentin? ## Does lyrics show up as gabapentin on an random drug test ## Will gabapentin show the same as lyrica in a Drug testing. ## i need the answer to this too i take neurontin and cymbalta and my drug screen showed i took lyrica i havent took lyrica in 7 years i took myself off of this it made me feel like i was drunk unstable and not very alert and gained weight while i was taking it ## I'd like to know, too. I read that the yellow norcos have dye and the white norcos don't. One is fat soluble and the other is water soluble. What's the difference? ## What pharm in chandler az still carries the white 7.5 hydrocodene ## Hello, Linda! How are you? Are you asking about the ones that were yellow, but are now white? If so, then the only difference is the removal of the dye, nothing else. Nik, I saw your other post and I'm sorry, but the ones with the higher amounts of Acetaminophen in them are no longer being manufactured, so you can't obtain them, anywhere. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I've found a white oblong pill with rounded ends. It's embossed with "L404" on one side, while the other side is plain. Thank you in advance for any help identifying it. ## I think that the imprint being reported is actually L484 instead of L404. Is it possible that the '8' is just worn down? If so, then the tablet in question is actually just an over the counter pain reliever containing Acetaminophen 500 mg (not a narcotic). NDC 49348-042 among others. Inactive Ingredients: - Carnauba Wax - Starch, Corn - Hypromelloses - Polyethylene Glycols - Povidones - Stearic Acid Ref: DailyMed ## I believe your pill is Acetaminophen 325mg, Dextromethorphan 15mg, Guaifenesin 200mg, phenylephrine 5mg, which are active ingredients in Cold PE Severe Congestion, an OTC combo. #...

"Here" is the link to a picture of mine (left hand side) and the same one I found online next to it. The one I have is on the left. The one on the right is a picture I got off of the web. Every single picture I could find online looked the same shade of yellow and had the same font as the one in the left. Besides the different appearance, I can tell a difference after taking the yellow V (on one side) 3601 (on other) versus taking the white "Watson 853" (all on one side) which I have both of at the moment. I posted on photobucket the one I have and one from the web side to side. When you compare them mine is a slightly darker shade of yellow. It is also very lightly speckled with dark spots. The spots on them almost look like they got there from being in someone's po...

I'm allergic to aspirin and all NSAID's outside of Tylenol cause me to have a crippling headache. I found a red oblong O.T.C. pill with an imprint of 350. It's PROBABLY Tylenol... I am currently taking 150 - 200 mg of Tramadol a day. 50mg as needed for pain evry 4-6 hours. I have just noticed today. My 4th day of being prescribed this medicine. That I have a bump that is almost directly under my ear and closer to the back of my ear. I am thinking there is a gland or somehting that is sweilling. Anyone know anything about this, Any information is great. Thanks. ## There is a small chance that the glandular swelling is the start of a bad reaction to this medication, this has been known to happen to some people, even if they've taken the medication before, or have been on it for awhile without any issues. It would be best to contact your doctor immediately to be sure. Ref: Tramadol Information I once made the mistake of continuing a medication that caused my gla...

First of all, I hate taking pain meds but I was almost completely bedridden for 2 yrs. They gave me my life back and I'll be grateful for the rest of my life. My insurance company dropped me right before I was gonna have surgery to get some relief. So I had no choice but to go with the pain meds. I've been on oxycodone 30/150 per month (5 a day) and MS Contin 200mg 2 times daily since 2009. Had breaks when I could. My point is, nobody knows what my daily life is like. I feel ashamed every month getting refills. Maybe it's in my head but the staff at the pharmacy gives me that "pill seeker" look. I guess all that matters is my doctor trusts me and he knows my complete history. I know I'm not taking them for fun. I'd much rather be normal. Can anyone relate to ...
