manufacturers of the medication oxycodone ## Which formulation? There is a 30mg extended release, under the name brand Oxycontin, that is manufactured by Purdue. However, there is also a regular release 30mg formulation that is available under the name brand Roxocidone and as a generic, so it is available from several different manufacturers. ## What is the problem with the shortage on the 30mg oxycodones? I need a 40 mg oxycontin Er pill look alike. They are a light orange almost kinda yellow pill. Any suggestions would be very helpful. I understand the markings will be different and that is fine as long as the color is pretty much dead on. ## I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking this, but I don't know who you're trying to fool by doing that. Unless you know of a quality counterfeit, there's really no such thing as a true look alike. Dilauded DOES NOT show up on a urine test. I've passed EVERY time. It does not break down into morphine. ## It shows up if they are testing for hydromorphone. ## Does it show up on a 10 panel? I had a tooth pulled a few days ago and I turned down the pain meds, because I am a recovering addict and I am in an out patient rehab facility and I have to go in about every 2 days to do testing. When I woke up this morning the whole side of my face was swollen and I was/am in horrible pain. I have tried everything from ice packs, Tylenol, IBU, etc. Well my mom gave me one of her lyrica's for the pain and I have been staring at it for about 45 minutes deciding whether or not to take it because I have to check in with the rehab everyday to see if they call my color to come in for a drug test. They recommend that you mix them in with some moist, undesirable substance, such as used cat litter or coffee grounds, place the mess into a sealed container and then put it into the trash. Alternatively, you can take them to any local pharmacy and they will gladly dispose of them for you. If you dye your hair on a monthly basis, will it affect the outcome of a hair drug test? Currently on a monthly script for Norco 10/325. ## A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample, cut at the scalp line will go back 90 days. Hair dye won't effect the outcome of a hair drug test. When the lab gets the sample they run it thru a chemical wash that was off all external contaminants. I have been taking 15 mgs of oxycodone 5 times a day for 4 yrs, but they stopped working. Then I was taking dilaudid with 15 mg oxycodone. Still no help. Now I am taking Embeda 30-1.2 twice daily and Norco 10-325 4 times a day. Still in pain. It is perfectly fine to do so, as long as your aren't trying to get several prescriptions filled for the same medication. However, many areas are experiencing a shortage, right now, so you may still have trouble getting it filled. I live in Naples, Florida and I am legally prescribed both methadone and oxycodone. I have an extremely hard time trying fill these prescriptions. I once went to 19 different pharmacies in one day trying to fill them! Only to be told that either they are out, don't carry it, or are no longer taking in New "clients." I finally found a.place that would fill 180 pills of my methadone, even though I am prescribed 270. I had my doctor break up my prescription into two so it would be easier. I then found a place that fills my second part of my prescription with little problems. I've been going to these two different pharmacies on and off for the past two years. Now I find out that the main pharmacy I use is going out of business, andnow the other one has been giving me hassles...

I'm 25, I try to stay fit and hydrated. I weigh 220 lbs and I am tall and lean. What are the odds of me passing? Thank you! ## The reason I ask is because I drank a little bit that night, not enough to get wasted but I know that slows down liver processing. I live with severe chronic pain for 3+ years, degenerative disc disease, cervical spine. Life is at times and quite often, hell. I don't know how else to describe it and the worst if the constipation from the percocets. Are the fentanyl patches a reasonable alternative to percocets? Do they cause constipation? Should my doctor consider prescribing me patches to try? Cannabis by the way has helped me reduce my opioid intake my 75%. Do a search for beyondthc and find out the facts. Unfortunately my pain is more severe and so a combination has helped me do this major reduction, however the constipation is still a problem. I took roughly 3/4 of a 60mg morphine pill throughout friday and on saturday morning took the last quarter of the 60mg. I got a drug test monday at 5:30pm. U think i will be clean? I have two (small) bottles of Morphine 5mg tablets. One is marked "Drug Expires 2012" and the other is marked "Drug Expires 2013". Are they still safe to use? I can only share my experience but I will stick to the facts: If you want off of these life/joy killers. 1)they claim 12hour time released med. NO TRUE OF OXICONTIN 40mg, i could only enjoy my life in 7 hour increments, sometimes 8 rarely but 9 max if you don't mind feeling like crap for a couple hours This is not anything new, Doctors know it pharmacists know it, most of all, your insurance co. Knows it & they don't want to fill it or pay for it. If you are considering use of this med to fight of chronic I pain this med does the job. I have been on pain medication since i was 26. I have been all over the country building custom homes and it's because of my injuries that I have been on the medication. I am 55 years old now and live in Hawaii.. where my family lives. I can't find a pain doctor that will give me pain medication. SO I am forced to get it illegally on the streets.
