I take 3 Tylenol 4's a day & just got 7.5/325mg hydrocodone today. Would lortab 10 or tylenol #4 be stronger than 7.5 hydrocodone? I did not get the script filled yet. Thank you. ## Loratab 7.5 is somewhat stronger than Tylenol 4, and normally preffered by pain patients over the codeine in the 4's. The 10's are stronger than the 7.5's. I am currently on 54 ml. of Ordine 10, 150 mg Fentanyl patch, and 80 mg Targin, equivalent to about 1,200 mg of morphine a day. My pain specialist wants me to change to methadone or suboxone. Most people have said that Suboxone didn't do much for their pain, so if you need pain relief, you might be better off with the Methadone. would taking an opana 20er be the same as taking a roxycotin and morphine pill one a urine drug test? ## It actually depends on the type of test being done. There are some tests that will just show the presence of opiates and, if that is they type used, then that is all any of then would be detected as being. However, there are other tests that are most specific and can show the exact opiates that were taken, by analyzing their individual metabolites. My wife takes 4-8mg dilaudid a day and is on 125 mcg/h fentanyl patch she is having really bad nausea ## She is taking to much narcotic! She is lucky she isn't overdosed. You will never get rid of all you pain, period! It is a fine balance between pain control and quality of life. i would reduce to 4 mg and you can break the 8's in half. They are not time released if labeled Dilaudid or hydromorphone! My doc electronically sent a script of hydrocodone to Wal-Mart 17days ago saying take 1 every 6hrs FOR 20 DAYS.Gave me 80pills which is only enough for 19days..nbd. He sent a new script to Wal-Mart today but increased amount to cover 30 days. Pharmacist REFUSES TO FILL until the 19th again sayin I have to wait 30 days for script even though previous script stated on bottle 20day supply & instructions & amount only amount to 19days. I've had 6 surgeries since 2010, and I'm having trouble getting meds to help with pain... either in S.C. Or N.C. I've been on roxy 15 and up to 5 a day and a 4mg zanaflex, but that really still wasn't enough. I need a dr. who will prescribe me 30's. Any help is much appreciated! ## Hello, John! I am one of the people who need to have the oxycodone in my system for my urine test for a doctor. My last dose of oxycodone was 90 mg of the narcotic Saturday around 8pm. My urine test was the following Monday around 12pm. My question is will the drug show up in the urine test? It was roughly 40-42 hours since my last does. I am a rather large guy 6'1 300 lbs. I was under the impression that all countries mark or imprint their pharmaceutical medications with letters or numbers to identify them. Are all countries obligated to imprint their narcotics such as 80 mg oxycodone extended release? ## No, the imprint requirement here is due to U.S. FDA laws, but not every country requires imprints. Which, of course, also means that there is no way of knowing what you will actually receive if you fill your prescription from a foreign source. I took 3 & a half yesterday and I have a saliva test coming up in 2 days. Will I pass it? ## I used cannabis & cocaine four days ago will show up in a swab test ## I failed a saliva test for oxycodone five days after I'd taken it. Good luck to u though. I've heard they can be kind of hit and miss with those tests. ## Chew up an aspirin before you go in. Dont rinse your mouth. It will butcher the test without them knowing. Can it be Percocet? I really would appreciate an answer. I found them in one of my bottles of pills. ## Hi Margo, Based on my research, a white round pill imprinted with IP over 464 on one side and blank on the other, is reportedly identified as a 400mg Ibuprofen tablet. For verification, the labeler/manufacturer is listed as Amneal Pharmaceuticals and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 53746-464. Trying to figure out what this pill is that I found in my son's room. It's white with APO on one side and 325 on the other side. ## Hi Marry, Based on my research, a white oblong-shaped caplet with "APO" on one side and "325" on the other, reportedly contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen (also known as Tylenol). It also contains the following set of inactive ingredients: Hydroxypropyl cellulose + hydroxypropyl methylcellulose + polyethylene glycol + povidone + sodium starch glycolate + starch + stearic acid + titanium dioxide. I have to take a urine test today at 5pm. I took a Percocet at 10am. Will it be in my urine today or will I fail my drug test? ## Yes it will be in your urine. If you aren't suppose to have it in your system, you will not pass the drug screen. ## It's different for everyone, depending on your metabolist. It will b in your blood before urine. 7hrs later it could pretty much go either way, but very good chance it might b in by then ## i have a pain clinic appoint at 3pm if i take a 7.5 percocet at 2pm will it be in my system ## I'm pretty sure you need to give it at least 4 hours for it to show up in your urine. One hour is definitely not enough time though.

It will show up within the hour and up to 48 to 72 hours. ## Of course it will it's take up to 72 hours for it to be out of your system. I took a vicodin 5 at around 11 sm at around 1 pm I went to take another vicodin but picked up the wrong bottle (my husband had surgery and his dr gave him percocet). Since they looked the same, I didn't think about it until I put the bottle away and noticed my husband's name on it. The percocet is 7.5. I only got three hours of sleep last night, so I don't know the reason why I am so lathargic. I also have hypokalemia due to medication, so my system is very sensative.
