I just this morning went to my doctor and I went because my back pain I have had for 3 years that I have opted not to take pain killers for has gotten so bad I can't work out, I can't stand at work for more than 5 minutes with out pain and I am now losing sleep too. I told my doctor all of this and he thinks i need to have rehabilitation and physical therapy which doesnt even start till next month. I need a doctor that understands my immediate needs for my pain. I am prescribed 4 oxycodone 15mg a day i ran out and had taken a oxymorphone 10mg 2 days before my doc appt i did also take 2 oxycodone 10mg the day before and day of my appt and got a drug test. There are some basic tests that just show the presence of opiates, however, there are others that can show the specific opiate that was taken. If the latter test is used, then they will be able to tell them apart and know you took both opana and oxycodone. I just started going to pain management, and I have been taking 1 every 5 hours, and now they want a pill count, and I am short. I explained to the doctor that my orthopedic was doing what he could, but I was still having pain. He gave me the same amount that my orthopedic was giving me after I told him it wasn't enough, and he made me appointment 18 days later from my first appointment. Is the doctor just trying to see if that same amount is working or am I just going to get kicked out. I am highly allergic to codeine and morphine. My pm dr did a urine drug test on me and sent to a lab and it came back positive for both however, I have not taken codeine or any form of it or morphine. I'm on opana which is oxymorphone but they said it doesn't show as morphine. I'm really upset about this as I go into anaphalaxis if I take any lortab or morphine but I'm ok on opana as its a derivitive of morphine but not the same family. I have been taking 5 hydrocodone 10 / 325 mg for about 8 years, my body has adjusted to this so it has not been working as well as it used to. My doctor has now prescribed me morphine ER 15 mg every 12 hours and hydrocodone 10 / 325 4 times a day. Will this be a better pain relief and do you know of any problems with taking both of these together at this dosage? I had surgery about 3 days ago on my throat and the pain is very unbearable, and I was wondering if it is dangerous to take Tylenol with oxycodone? My prescription says 1-2 5mg tablets every 4 hours but the pain is still terrible, so would it be bad to take Tylenol with it? ## Tylenol + oxycodone= "percocet", so no it is Not dangerous in the very least to take tylenol, it's fine. There is a noticeable difference in the pain relief level. Chronic Arthritis has left me virtually an invalid. Without these meds I have extreme difficulty moving and sometimes merely being at rest. I find the same prescription filled with Midlothian mgf to be less effective than the generic manufactured by Alvogen. Is there a difference in the formulation? Is there a possibility the midlothian brand is counterfeit? Prescription filled by Publix, usually from Alvogen but occasional from Midlothian. I smoked marijuana 31 days ago. At my 26th day I went to an independent labcorp and took a 5 panel drug urine test and tested negative. My wife has been on generic Percocet for a number of years and she has always gotten a good response from the drug manufactured by Actavis Elizibeth LLC (oval shape with letters A3333). However, recently we purchased her medication from CVS pharmacy, which happened to be manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals (round shape, letters RH on one side and 10/325 on the other). She immediately started to complain that this drug did not have the efficacy of that manufactured by Actavis. Since she had been on this drug for so long, I initially thought her response to the drug may have been due to her body becoming adapted to the oxycodone itself. Are you reffering to Hydrocodone APAP 7.5/500 liquid? If so, I can tell you that 1 tablespoonful of Hydrocodone APAP 7.5/500 liquid would be the equivalent of one Hydrocodone APAP 7.5/500 tablet.
