I was taking Mallinckrodt oxycodone 5 mg and I had ZERO side effects. My pharmacy switched to Rhodes Pharma (God only knows why). But, after just taking 1 before bedtime, my heart was racing out of control, I didn't sleep at all, and woke up in a lot of pain and feeling all sweaty. I also wasn't able to have a bowel movement (a problem I never had with Mallinckrodt). Anyhow, I called multiple pharmacies and NOBODY has Mallinckrodt brand. Guess I will have to sit here and wait until I have convulsions, a heart attack or just die (since I can't take these pills)! I have a client who wears fentanyl patch. There are tests that not only detect the presence of the opiate in question, but they also show the levels in your body. Does anyone have any experience with this particular medication. I see that their are lots of complaints on there generic percoset, but I'm talking of just plain oxycodone 15 mg made by alvogen, any information would be great & most appreciated. I have a very small pill which appears to be baby blue in color. On one side it has Alg and underneath the Alg are the numbers 264. The back side is blank. I have a prescription for Hydrocodone and have been taking it as prescribed. Recently I took a urine test which came back positive for not only Hydrocodone, but Oxycodone as well. I have only taken what has been prescribed to me, and do not take anything else. I do not know how Oxycodone showed up in this test. When taking a urine drug test, will vicodin show up the same as morphine? ## No it will not. Hydrocodone is a semi-synthetic opioid medication.
