I have just been released from my pain clinic for testing positive for Hydrocodone. I do NOT use that. I take OxyContin and fioricet (for migraines). They show I've tested positive for hydro 4-5 times. I have not at all taken it. Can anyone please help me? ## Do not take medications that are not prescribed for you. ## Paula Actually you should have been dismissed after the first positive for an UNPRESCRIBED CDS.That you didn't seek answers or remedial action after a proported false positive speaks to your culpability in this test result.Any professional who would continue prescribing after 3 or 4 positives was indeed commiting malpractice by indiscriminately prescribing controlled dangerous substances to you.Its a little late to cry foul now. sorry just being real. That's wh...

I would like to know if Doxytet, Ibuprofen and Ambral are usually prescribed to women who have had a miscarriage? ## Some prescriptions may vary, depending on why the woman miscarried. Ambral contains the active ingredient Metronidazole, it is an antibiotic used to treat or prevent infection. Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Doxytet contains Doxycycline, this is another antibiotic. None of these are unusual, meant to treat any pain and discomfort she has and prevent any infections from occuring. Is there anything else I can help you with? ## I had miscarraige three days ago and went hosp they cleaned and gave me ambral & doxytet not sure when to start trying again for the second baby how will this medi affect me? ## I am a teenage...

blue and yellow capsule, no other ID, thought to be some kind of psin pill ## Ascomp with Codeine AKA Fiorinal with Codeine Contains (per pill): 50mg Butalbital 325mg Aspirin 40mg Caffeine 30mg Codeine ## Ascomp with Codeinne is not a brand name for Fiorinal with Codeinne. It is a horrible medicine and does not relieve my headaches at all. I wonder if it is legal for the pharmacies to be filling my prescription for "Fiorinal with Codeinne " with Ascomp with Codeine. I had no choice but to take it since the pharmacy claims that is all they have. i used to take the Lannett brand, a capsule of blue and yellow. It was the only thing that worked. I don't see anyone on these threads discussing Lannett. I tried e-mailing them with no success. Is anyone able to find out if Lannett s...

IBUROHIN ## i found a small white round pill with the number 30 on the very top. on the other side is a m inside a square ## I am sorry, did you mean Ibuprofen? If so, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that used to pain, fever, and swelling. It is available over the counter in the U.S. in doses of 200mgs, or less. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, easy bruising, and increased risk of bleeding. Qt, was the tablet possibly a light blue? Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals does list that they make a very pale blue one that contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, in a regular release formulation. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, and constipatio...

If so, Purdue Pharma lists it as being a 40mg Oxycontin tablet, which is no longer manufactured. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, constipation, headache, and dry mouth. They changed their formulation a few years ago, and now use the OP marking, they have also made them more abuse proof.

White oval shaped pill with v365 markings. Are these 10mg. Vicodin? I'm not sure as they are old? Any idea what they are? ## M365 is supposed to be the real marking on a white oval 5/325 generic Vicodin tablet. If there is a cursive V instead of an M, then my guess would be that the manufacturer was none other than Vintage Pharmaceutical (now known as Qualitest). But if it's an M, then the manufacturer is Mallinckrodt. Perhaps it would be a good idea to contact either one of these manufacturers directly regarding this inquiry, just to cover all angles. Also, depending on where or how you came about getting this pill, it may even be a counterfeit (if not from a licensed pharmacy)... ## The v 365 is an old version of Vicodin, it was 5 mg hydrocodone 500 mg of tylenol

I can tell you with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY the pink round small pill with NP imprinted on one side & 12 imprinted on the other it is generic Roxicodone 10 mg. I take them and they are highly addictive and if misused can be fatal. ## Hi Jeanie, After doing a bit of research, I do agree with you that a round pink pill marked with NP 12 is in fact a generic Oxycodone HCL 10 mg tablet. And yes you're right, these can be highly addictive and dangerous under the wrong hands. I don't know if anyone else has tried to disprove you on the pill's identification, giving you reason to post about it… but this information is also verifiable using its National Drug Code of 68382-0794. I hope this helps! ## I have a herniated l4-5 disc with sciatica and am in serious (8 - 10) pain dail...

endo 122 yellow round, what is it ## I f you haven't had an answer to your question yet I can help. The Endo 122 pill is a very old Percodan.(Oxycodone with Aspirin) I belive that Percodan had that imprint until about 1985. Good Luck! ## Any clue about a really old, as in most likely from the 70's, Endo 158? I've searched for days and found nothing, tried pharmacists, even poison control. I was told that when they change a pill imprint, after 6 mos they don't have that info any longer!! I saw the 122, so was hoping you could help. Mine's a small round yellow scored pill with Endo and 158 under it. ## Yellow round has 122/Endo on one side McNeil on the other side. Yellow oblong pill, one side says 10/325 and the other says E712. Is this Percocet? ## This tablet contains Oxycodone Hydrochloride 10 mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg (NDC 60951-0712). I am a dialysis patient and sometimes when I am on the machine I get really bad pains in my back. ## The identification provided by Abe is correct, so thanks go out to him for the post. I have been taking oxycodone for several years and my doctor retired. Now I am having serious problems finding a doctor who will prescribe the same medication. What do I do when something works so well and now I can't get it prescribed to me. The pain clinic I went to after my doctor retired said I didn't look like a oxy man. ## Hi! Sorry about the problem that you're having. How are you going about looking for a doctor to prescribe it? If you're going in for your first appointment specifically asking for Oxycodone, that could be creating the problem right there, since most doctors will consider that to be drug seeking behavior. The same may be true if you're calling and asking if they'll prescribe it, before you're even an established patient. What you shoul...

pain ## what is the active drug in mylan 155 ## will it mess you up ## This tablet was listed by Mylan as containing 650mgs of Acetaminophen, and 100mgs of Propoxyphene, which was a generic for Darvocet, a mild opiate analgesic. The FDA warned that it carried the risk of being habit forming, and it was removed from the market due to the frequency of overdoses that it caused, as well as its risk of cardiac problems. The inactive ingredients in this particular tablet are: D&C Red No. 30 hypromellose magnesium stearate microcrystalline cellulose polyethylene glycol polysorbate 80 povidone sodium lauryl sulfate sodium starch glycolate type A potato titanium dioxide Although this list may not apply to all manufacturers. WHITE ON TOP AND GRAY ON BOTTOM WIITH ONE SINGLE RED DOT ON THE WHITE PORTION ## HI, Katie! I've tried looking for something that matches this, but have had no luck. If there are no markings on it, it is most likely something that's available over the counter, since all manufactured prescription tablets are required to have markings to enable their identification. Where did you find it? Some products are regional, so knowing the general location may help narrow it down. Does anyone else recognize this? ## Hydromorphone. There are also larger ones with a white dot (instead of red), that contain a higher dose.

White round with RP 10 325 imprinted on it - Is this a percocet? ## @Ricky, I've seen a white round pill with R P 30 listed as Oxycodone 30mgs. However the "10/325" (if it is confirmed to be part of the imprint on your pill) would generally signify the presence of Acetaminophen along with 10mgs of either Hydrocodone or Oxycodone; but this remains to be verified. Now the RP imprint I know stands for "Rhodes Pharmaceuticals", so one thing you could do is contact them directly for more specific details on the tablet description/identity. Their main phone number is listed as (401) 262-9200; or you can also try reaching customer service at 888-827-0616. I hope this helps! ## I have round white pill with RP 10 on it. Is this the same thing? ## Yes it is oxycodone 10/325. N...

If you too are testing positive for hydromorphone but are taking only other opioid medicines (and that includes peripheral antagonists, such as Movantik or Relistor, as well as drugs such as oxycodone or oxymorphone): Please respond with what opioid(s) you are taking, and also if you are taking any probiotics, what bacteria strains are listed on the package? (certain bacteria are known to transform some opioids to hydromorphone) Was a GCMS test done? I'll keep a tally and post the results, hopefully helping everyone with this problem. ## This is just an update: I stopped taking both the probiotics and Movantik, and had another GCMS urine test, which was (finally!) negative for hydromorphone. So, this shows that either Movantik or the probiotics were the cause of the unexpected resul...

I receive a monthly script for Dilaudid (Hydromorphone) due to Chronic Back pain... Recently I got bit by pitbull & a friend shared some of their medication which I took for a few days till I felt better. She said after 24 hrs it transforms in body into Morphine (so if i take hydromorphone regularly & waited 34-48 hrs Id be fine for my UA if i got one)... So when I got in trouble for having Morphine in my UA I was upset and shocked! The other drug came up as Morphine, now I'm in trouble cause there saying I tested positive for Morphine - but I thought that Hydromorphone was supposed to come up on pee/blood tests as morphine, & never heard of any issues? Are they giving me a different test that shows a difference between morphine and hydromorphone? & I honestly haven...

Does this drug cause headaches? ## It contains Tramadol, and Acetaminophen, so yes the FDA does warn that it may cause headaches as a side effect. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, constipation, and dry mouth. Are you on any other medications? Do you normally experience headaches? ## Another thing to consider, and may be a cause of headaches, is that tramadol has SNRI properties. These are anti-depressant effects. They do inhibit the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine and that could, also, potentially cause a headache. Considering ultracet has paracetamol in it, an analgesic commonly used to alleviate headaches, I would think that the other effects it has on the brain (mentioned above) are likely to cause headaches. BTW I do realize this question is 10 years old, lol. I j...

Urine testing started June 2016 in my Dr's office. I signed some papers, did not have my glasses, had nurse explain to me what was this? Urine tested, left office with Hydrocodone 7.5. I also take Xanax 1mg x4 daily, for 30 yrs. Also take Ambien 60 mg nightly for sleep. Went back as scheduled 1 month later, nurse took me in a room to tell me I tested positive for Methamphetamine. I sat in shock, as she kept questioning me to tell her, she'd get me help. Asked if I wanted referral to a different dr. I said 'no'. 7 weeks have gone by and I'm so angry, I'd like to talk to the hospital administrator or make some type of complaint. I actually dropped my urine cup in toilette, just put it in door with 2 other cups, none labeled. I don't know what to do. HELP PLEASE...
